I purchased a new K4 earlier in June from Kia Preston Highway and the overall experience was fantastic. I spent a couple of hours a week prior seeing and test-driving multiple models to familiarize myself with what Kia had to offer. Morgan patiently walked me through each model and answered all my questions. She was not pushy; she did not try to steer me in any direction. She let me figure out for myself what I ultimately wanted without resorting to any high-pressure sales tactics. When I made my decision and submitted a credit application, Alex got back with me quickly and made the arrangements for me to come in the next morning to sign all the paperwork. The process went smoothly; everybody was friendly and helpful. The finance department even worked to get me the best interest rate possible. I love the car and can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. If you are interested in buying a Kia (and you really should), Kia Preston Highway will take very good care of you. Especially if you work with Alex and/or Morgan. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

I flew in from Tennessee and drove the truck home the same day, so communication and trust were extremely important to me. Kenton Shoemaker was excellent throughout the entire process. He was responsive, transparent, and patient with all of my questions while I compared several trucks across different states. Before I traveled, he made sure the truck went through the Ford Gold Certified inspection process, coordinated a tailgate repair I requested, and kept me updated on timing so there were no surprises. When I arrived, everything was ready exactly as promised — paperwork was smooth, the truck was clean and fully prepped, and the experience felt straightforward and honest. Buying a vehicle long-distance can be stressful, but this was about as easy as it gets. I never felt pressured, and they followed through on everything we discussed. If you’re considering buying from out of town, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Kenton and the team again. Great experience overall.
