Helpful without being pushy - laurab330
This was my first time leasing a car and I had the pleasure of working with Anthony. He was attentive without being pushy like I found with some other dealerships. I'm happy with my car purchase and hope to stay in a Chevy for years to come.
I had an amazing experience!! - Jeremy5756
I had the pleasure of working with Jason Saville at FAM in Frederick, MD. This is the first time I've purchased a car without feeling the pressure of a salesman looking over my shoulder. Jason made us feel comfortable throughout the entire buying process. He was very knowledgeable about our Traverse and answered all our questions, which helped us make our decision easier. I felt he went above and beyond for my family and was very patient as we made our purchase. Thank you Jason, for all you do.
I Had a great experience - Kachelle008

Traded my -1- year old Colorado on a 2018, got the color I wanted that was not available early 2017 model year. Mike Boyce and Doug Martin made the numbers work for me, very impressed, no pressure, paper work was a breeze.....great place to do business.

The best service I've received at a dealership - CElmore
Due to poorly trained staff at another Ourisman dealership, I was given wrong information about where to get my car service. I have a Hyundai and was told I had to go to Ourisman Chevrolet to get a part for my car. Mike was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and helped make light of a terrible situation. Instead of ushering me out the door to the correct dealer (Hyundai), Mike took my VIN number and ordered the part for my car. I truly appreciate Mike for going beyond the scope of his job, he works for Ourisman Chevrolet and had no obligation to service me, but he did and he apologized profusely for a mistake that he did not create but resolve.
New Vehicle Purchase - Laurence
I purchased a new 2018 Equinox from Winegardner Chevy in Fort Washington, MD. A quick discussion via phone call, they had a new vehicle that matched what I wanted. I met with the sales staff, quickly negotiated a fair price and within an hour was approved for financing at a competitive rate and payment.
I recommend Winegardner Chevrolet.
Great - Thomas Beggs

Reggie the Man! - Quitasha Simmons

Amazingly professional and personalized!! - K Harty
I waited 5 months for my 2017 CT6 Platinum edition. Terrance called me periodically to update me on the status and projected assembly dates. When my car finally arrived, I made arrangements with Terrance to come in the following day. I then decided I couldn't wait to see it, and stopped by the dealer late that evening. Chris greeted me and, after hearing my explanation of simple impatience, then spent an hour with me showing me my car inside the garage (even though he knew this was Terrance's sale). He was as excited as I was to look over the car. The young man that worked the detailing was also great and assured me that he would have my car in top shape for my pick up. The next day, Terrance stayed late to complete my purchase. Again, he was as thrilled with my beautiful coach as I was! He zoomed through the paperwork to make it as painless as possible (it's never completely painless). My financing process was with Justin and he was super-professional. He also made it seem more like a friendly interaction than an expensive auto purchase. Terrance then took the time to demo and explain most of the car's tech, comms, and ONSTAR (that could have been a college course, but I was already familiar with some things since I had a premium XTS). Even after he had stayed late to ensure I was comfortable with the car, Terrance called me on the way home to ask what I thought about the car!! He said he was positive that I would love driving it. The next day, I came back to the dealer to turn in my stock wheels for my trade-in XTS and pick up my after-market rims. Bruce was expecting me and immediately took me over to service. They swapped out the wheels and loaded my wheels carefully back into my car. I was introduced to the service manager and escorted to the customer waiting area. I was in and out in less time than it took me to finish my Miller Brothers water bottle!!
Overall, excellent experience, professional and friendly interactions, and I'd recommend Terrance Cox and Miller Brothers Cadillac to anyone that asked!!

DO NOT BUY IF FROM OUT OF STATE AND CHECK EVERYTHING 5 TIMES - MR TRUTH
I am Battling Stage 4 Metastasized Cancer. DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE.Their 5Star reviews are from Locals. They knew I was tired , Starving and on my Cancer Meds. They took great advantage of this.We left the dealer after the Finance man ripped up the first two contracts.Changed the third we did not read it.We trusted him.FIRST MISTAKE. It was after 9:30 pm.They Kicked us out the door and locked it behind us.No One showed us how anything worked on the truck. No One.They are THE WORST IN THE BUSINESS.I came home the next day opened the papers and called them immediately. My 60 month loan was 72 months. My 3.14% was 3.24%.They did not answer my calls.None of them.THEN, I found a Purchase Order and Ripped Original Window Sticker under seat.It was from a Local Landscaper. He Ordered this truck in November 2017.He took the truck for the day and something happened. He did not purchase. His Financing fell apart.I was going there to buy a Used 2017 .It was immaculate in the pictures.I told them I found a Local Duramax NEW at $53,585.00.They called , texted and e mailed me constantly saying we will match any price.OK.LIARS.The day before I was to go to Patriot GMC.Justin called me and said we just brought in a Brand new truck.Just like the used 2017.Same truck. It was the one I bought and found the papers under the seat.I called the landscaper.I recorded him.The used truck was full of dirt and 2"-6" boulders in the bed.Dents on the bed rail, a large Gouge in the door.It was not as shown to me n the internet or e mails Jesse sent me.They pushed that 2018 and baited and switched numbers. The Finance man is a Slick Character. After reading the contract he tells us the numbers are in the middle of the lines and tears it up and gives us another.I trusted it was the same.He changed the numbers around.Let me ask all of you this.I had Financing Through Capitol One.I get 2 Points for every dollar Financed.I financed GET THIS $43,000.00 I get $860.00. Why in the Heck would I use their Financing and get nothing at the same rate. They May treat the Local Clients great.DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE.... I can tell you the horror stories.I will just say .THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF and DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER THE SALE . PERIOD. I have purchased over 23 Cars in my Life and 38 Motor Cycles. They ripped me off of all my Incentives Except One out of Three for $ 4000.00.Over Taxed me. Used their Bank.More Commission. I had my own Financing.GM had .09%... I asked The Finance Manager .My FICA is 829.He said they did not.GO ON LINE PEOPLE .Right now GM 2018 Silverado .09%.I am telling you the Truth. I am paying 3.24%.They are LIARS .MORE MONEY~ MORE COMMISSION. They had the WE WILL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN ATTITUDE .I am an out of Sate Buyer. Hit him hard. They are wrong. My son Races Motor cross.I buy almost all his Bikes From BREWERS CYCLES IN Greenville NC. THEY ARE HONEST. NOT LIKE THESE CROOKS.They did not care. They Ripped me off on my COSTCO Buyers Program.Used my Computer to find out how to get me reference number. Now they will not give it to me..DO NOT BUY IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN MARYLAND.PERIOD.You will be sorry.Oh, I bought through The COSTCO Buyers Program. They Never showed me any numbers,In fact they took my computer and used my Membership to get my $ 700.00 Incentive from Costco. They are bad. Then My GM Extended warranty is from ZURICH ??? They told me that was the sealant I was to get.Now they are balking on installing coating.I DO NOT trust them to touch my truck.I am going to Trade this Truck in.Buy new and get.09% Financing.Even if I take a $ 5000.00 hit. It will be ordered the way I wanted it .Not a Landscaper. With the .09% Financing I will break Even.RUN AWAY FROM ADAMS~ FAR AWY. Todd Adams The Owner does not even Care.He made $9000.00 plus the Financing Commission , Coating Commission , The BS ZURICH Extended Warranty Commission . Go to HENDRICKS .They made over $ 10,000.00 on this sale.CROOKS. I only asked for My Costco Pricing Sheet to be shown to me and to give me my GM Loyalty Incentive Fix my Financing to .09% .
Top Notch Company - Charlotte Cooper
In today's market finding a trustworthy company and dependable service department is rare. I can't say enough about John Songer, who from start to finish had me back on the road in a flash. The service that was provided to me exceeded his excellent manner and professionalism.
I hate GM Company and their unfriendly services! - Veli Seremet
I have 2017 Chevrolet Suburban Premier and didn't like it. Their service is so bad and unfriendly. I got problem with my HDMI port. It wasn't work. They changed under the warranty. My truck was 4 days there. Now still my HDMI port is not working. They said my Amazon Fire stick or Google Chromecast is not compatible in this vehicle. That's stupid. I used those sticks 8 months without problem. If is not compatible for what should we use this HDMI port? If I can't use this xxxx, why GM putting HDMI port in this vehicle? I hate this company and I will buy FORD.
Overall a very a good experience - carmt345873485735780347
Overall this was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Preston Straub was absolutely fantastic in keeping me informed and working with the sales manager to put together a workable deal. There were some minor hiccups during the transaction - specifically, the trade-in valuation was initially incorrect and the second key was/is missing. But, that being said, Preston has stayed on top of both issues and kept me well-informed so I feel very confident in both issues being resolved easily. Preston has responded quickly to any and all questions I've had throughout the process - and I had a lot! Preston was also great in getting everything ready prior to my arrival at the dealership so that I didn't have to spend a ton of time there - To put this in perspective I spent about an hour and 15 minutes total in the dealership....a much more pleasant experience than the 6+ hours I've spent in other dealerships. A huge inventory of vehicles and plethora of financing partners made for an easy buying experience. Kelly Paris in finance was also very helpful and pleasant - she clearly explained my financing terms and I felt very comfortable working with her. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this dealership!
Caroline sent my wife home and told her to drive dont worry - LawDur
I sent my wife here to get the car checked out because it was running hot. I made an appointment to see a mechanic for that morning. Ourisman receptionist from service called me to confirm and patch me through to a service manager (Carolyn) to discuss specifics. I expressed that my car was running hot and I need it it fixed because it is our only car. We are having it towed in because it can not be driven. I also said my wife has Ms so I really need the car fixed and I need it seen soon so she can leave. She will be picking up me and the kids this afternoon. This is our only car. Carolyn said no problembi will take care of her and get her in see what is going on.
My wife arrived, waited for a few minutes and the mechsnics went to take the car into the garage to take a look. Carolyn took it upon her self to connect the diagnostic machine to the car and prevent the mechanics from looking at it. Told my wife it isn't showing anything so we can do anything. Carolyn then told my wife to go home. My wife said but what about the bells and alarms I can drive and pick up my family while it is doing that? What if the car blows up? Carolyn said "You don't know nothing about cars it isn't going to blow up!" My asked "so just drive it! What if the alarms start going off just just drive and pick up my husband and kids while they are going off! Carolyn, told my no you'll be fine just bring it back tomorrow.
As I said my wife has MUltiple Sclerosis, she was driving home and all the alarms started again but she had to pee because then it became additional stress. My wife had a body malfunction because she was already in the heat and the humidity and now the car is messed up making noises. When the alarms went off we called onstar. They asked why was she sent home my wife explained.
My wife called Carolyn again told her what was going on, Carolyn said oh you are ok. Don't worry about that you can still pick up you family. Just bring it in in the morning. Then my wife called me. Told me everything I called Carolyn, told her that my car was supposed to be fixed already and we need a car so that my wife can come pick me and the kids up. Why did you send her home my water pump is out and when she brings it back I need my car to be fixed. Carolyn said "ok". My wife got home washed up and changed and ate.
My wife tried to drive it back because Carolyn told her to drive back. The car then over heats again in a not so great area of SE Dc. My wife had to call 911 to get towed back to the Branch avenue Ourisman Chevrolet after sitting in the heat on the side of the road for 2.5 hours. As soon she gets there Carolyn is running outside to try to prevent her from talking to the GM or any other manager. Then without talking to me again they send my wife home in a Shuttle.
I called to see what was going on. My wife told me she was in a shuttle. I got off the phone and called The Manager over the service department Donna. Donna said let's get everyone picked up because it is obviously too late for a car and your kids need to be picked up. So the shuttle picked up my wife again to go to the school and pick up the kids and myself from downtown dc.
Now they want to add extra to the bill as if it is being seen for the first time. I just had an oil change a week ago. The want to charge me for that. Here my thing I am prior military so that is a discount I was going to get anyway.
However now I am pissed. This is just the beginning of what needs to be done.
Garbage for service until they have better checks and balances and get rid of Carolyn.

Buying new car - Buying new car
The salesperson that I had was Larry webb,sr. His get go personality was ok. However the manager on duty helped me to get what I really wanted in my car. Once achieving that, then we had to go through two more processes before completing the deal. Totally unnecessary time wasted.
alsome - Charles141

Great service - OSchaeB

If I could give No stars I would - Pass on AutoNation Laurel - PammB
Let me say, Most importantly do NOT purchase a vehicle from AutoNation Laurel and secondly, if you make that mistake DO NOT make the mistake of listening to the lies by salesman Earl. I purchased a 2010 SRX from them and it has been the largest financial mistake I have ever made. Not only did this vehicle have issues unknown to me [although Earl stated, "our cars are certified and tested... They must be tested by kindergarteners!] from day one. Upon my 30 "check-in" they made and charged me for issues I did not authorize. First money expended, then I had to have the struts replaced! within the month and that was just the beginning. Every month there has been an issue but the 3K+ warranty they had me purchase has not covered ONE thing wrong with the vehicle. I had shelled out over $3K and I have only had the car for a year AND I mainly take the metro as you never know when this car will work!! It was murderous trying to get in touch with management when I first started having issues and every time I post somethin and they ask me to contact them, they NEVER respond! Upon once issue when they were working on my car my camera tripod was stolen from the rental they supplied within ONE hour of me returning the car!! The stress I have suffered dealing with them has been egregious. Their folder states "Drive with confidence.. Worry Free Pre-owned vehicles" THIS IS A LIE! Purchase your new, used...vehicles from ANYONE, a guy on the street, the used unknown lot down the street, Jim Coleman, DARSCARS, CarMax but DO NOT patron these charlatans. I can't believe Earl had the nerve to ask me to recommend him to friends and family! Trying to get the service Mgr, Derek to even take my calls was an uphill battle and then he did nothing but blow smoke once I spoke with him face to face. One thing I cannot in good judgement do, is recommend AutoNation Laurel to anyone. The GM was the only person who tried to help but he really did nothing. Please contact if you would like more information on the interactions and lack of service from them email@example.com Please don't go through the nightmare and financial distress these people have put me through and I continue to experience. Lastly, my sister's mother in law purchased a NEW vehicle from them and had to demand a replacement, so it is just not the "worry free pre-owned" vehicles. I am paying for a very expensive paper weight. We must stand against the lies and disingenuous practices of places like this!!
Purchase of my New Spark - FranLathe
I have purchased many vehicles from this location and this was by far the most confusing. Connor was pretty much spot on. I called to ask about the Kalamahta colored Spark . By the time I got there he was out getting it gassed up for a test drive. A+ for him. When I walked in the door the other salesman said " He isn't here ." I explained I just talked to him . By then Connor was pulling in with the car. Being a former salesperson that sent up a red flag on the other salesman.
Connor and I went for a test drive while they looked over my trade. On return Marty [I assume sales manager] was ambiguous about the deal. Told him I was heading home and to crunch the numbers with my husband. Left him his number and waited to hear back. After awhile I called and Marty would only crunch the numbers if I came back out. I told Connor that was BS. I don't play that game . After several more calls went out to purchase the car. WITH the correct numbers. I can only hope it was Marty playing an old salesman game and not because I was female. If I didn't like the car I would have gone somewhere else. On another note the delivery was less than acceptable . The delivery for a Spark should be the same as a Corvette and I have purchased both from this location.
WOMEN BEWARE!! SCAM ARTISTS!! - Tony O.
WOMEN BEWARE!! SCAM ARTISTS!!
When you read this review, with facts, you will see why AutoNation Chevrolet Timonium not only takes advantage of women, they prey upon those who have no experience buying a car.
The facts follow the narrative below. You’ll agree that I am not simply writing for a customer with second thoughts or buyer’s remorse. You will see that if you’re a woman, you should avoid them completely.
Would AutoNation treat a man with knowledge of Kelly Blue Book (KBB) values the same way they treat a young, inexperienced female used car buyer? I’m not saying that AutoNation practices gender discrimination; I’ll let you answer that for yourself. I doubt they would try to make a man with knowledge of car values into a victim of dishonest and unscrupulous business practices.
Specifically, when a young woman goes to AutoNation to buy a used car, the sales staff will sell her a vehicle that is valued far, far less than listed by KBB, and with problems that might have broken Maryland inspection laws related to minimum brake requirements.
AutoNation saw a young woman come into the dealership and with that, saw dollar signs, as they did everything they could to treat her as a victim instead of a customer.
Last week, my 18-year-old daughter exhibited "individualism" and bought her first car by herself. She was so proud when she later showed it off to me.
I shared in her joy to appease her, while knowing that she was the victim of a scam.
I did NOT tell her how she was ripped off by nearly $1,900. That is A LOT of money for a young lady saving her money from a waitress job to attend college.
Here’s the story:
“Jane” went to AutoNation, was directed to a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer with 122,000 miles. The truck has a driver’s seat that is ripped, torn and damaged that I was not able to sit on it myself. I am not exaggerating.
Which tells someone that with 122,000, the 17-year-old truck was used for city driving, but the driving had to be abusive given the level of damage.
Second, the passenger door panel is falling off and cannot be used. In order for a passenger to close the door, you must put the window down and pull the door closed by holding it from outside.
The brakes? We are getting new front brakes this week, only 5 days after she bought it. How did it pass inspection??
I’m certain the test drive was done with the windows closed, the A/C on and the radio on. Otherwise she would have heard the brakes squeal loudly or the grinding of the transmission.
HERE IS THE REAL RIP-OFF:
KBB lists a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer with 4-wheel drive in “good” condition at $3,277.
They scammed an 18-year-old inexperienced car buying by getting her to pay $4,700 for the truck.
A difference of more than $1,400 from KBB value!
They “stole” more than $1,400 from a young woman by using dishonest business practices. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt by saying it is in good condition, even though it isn’t.
This truck was in “fair” condition at best, with a value closer to $1,800.
Which means they might have ripped her off for nearly $1,900.
They didn’t even offer to put in a seat – not even a used one. It is a Chevy dealership...they should have easy access at little cost.
They didn’t offer to fix the door. They didn’t need to replace it, they could have simply fixed it. But they didn’t even do that.
The brakes? The front brakes will be replaced this week. How could they have passed inspection?
There are other problems that one finds with any used vehicle, and this one has its fair share, which comes with buying a used vehicle.
Yes, she should have used better judgment by seeking my advice. But AutoNation should not be in the business of ripping off inexperienced car buyers.
A contract is a contract. She bought the truck and now owns it.
But if this review saves even one person from going to AutoNation to buy a used vehicle, then the time spent writing this review was worth it.
Poor customer service - Hertirchchevyripoff
I purchased a used 2010 f150 lariat 4x4 in February of 2017, the dealership said this was a awesome truck everything was inspected top to bottom, ok awesome I bought the truck now 14k miles later I'm broken down on the side of the road, and of course my warranty is gone. So i called the dealership and told them, They told to kick rocks! Your warranty is gone so we can't do nothing for you, they told me they can recommend someone, and they laughed, so I have made 3 payments on the truck and have many more to come and this what I get! I will never ever recommend this dealership to No One I will tell them to stay clear of these people they will get you for your money and you will be dead to them, they don't care, you sell crap You get crap results. xxxx you hertirch chevy of Easton, maryland, poor service! keep doing the work ripping people off! This dealership doesn't deserve a half a star nor should it be a outlined star. You deserve nothing , the only reason you got star was so I could submit this, it wouldn't allow to submit if I didn't give a star for the service, this dealership doesn't deserve a star!
