Thomas was very friendly, educated on the Ford Edge, and made the experience about the customer. I had a monthly payment range I wanted to stick in, originally I was above it? But with help from Thomas and his GM they brought my monthly payments down. Anything was my finance guy, he was wonderful and made sure we weren't pulled into any deals that would not benefit me. Out of all the deals Fitz sells, he only recommended me purchasing one because of how well the used car was maintained before, and what would benefit me the most in the long run. They don't service used cars. Salesman reset oil gage like it was just changed. When I changed oil it was very black and all filters were very bad . Recieved 1 car key and it broke in a month would not replace. Manager told me that they don't service used cars when they come in. With that my car could have had a lot of problems.

Took my 2015 Silverado in to have Diagnostic done due to running rough ,shuttering with light throttle increase after up to speed. After they had it two days I was told I needed a new transmission because of a bad torque converter and metal in the fluid due to mileage ( 159,000 ). I was given an estimate of $5,000.39 to replace the transmission, chose not to do that without a second opinion. I took it to a transmission shop after looking at it for twenty minutes and test driving it I was told there was nothing wrong with the transmission. Was told to change the spark plugs and wires and clean the throttle body. I had already changed the plugs and throttle body prior to this, so I purchased new plug wires installed and the truck has been running great since. The other shop said that the fluid was a little dirty and suggested I have a flush and filter change done which I plan to have them do. Had similar experience when it was Courtesy Chevrolet, thought it have may change with new ownership guess not.

I just happen to be browsing some of the other reviews as i wroteone earlier and i believe it is true as stated the 90 day warranty is a sales promotion they stretch everything out till you are out of warranty my cabin filter was filthy as well a air and my back seats cushion was falling off back was told after i purchased that no more money would be put into the vehicle after being told by salesman that everything was covered except some electric very shady sales and service seem like they work hand and hand not to stand up to their end of deal just get your money and you can hit the rd jack and tell your story walking we hear you but dont care i was told i should of bought a new car but u sold me car that you said was nationwide certified with no remorse if u dont back your vehicles why sell it bottom line and then had the nerve to say we dont know to much about honda in service so i asked can i take elsewhere and let them examine the vehicle i was told no they will not honor only there tech can diagnose which leaves me at the mercy of them not wanting to fix my vehicle then if im not mistaken vehicle was serviced with all aftermarket parts they told me where honda parts very shaky dealership from sales to service

Wow. What a joke. First, they show a price on their website before rebates but then say it is after. Second, they won't honor the transaction even if you click to buy it on their site and it shows all fees and taxes and incentives. But they won't admit it is a mistake. The customer is wrong, not them nor the website nor the numbers. Third, they'll write you nasty texts if you aren't paying double their asking price. So make sure you leave your brain and pride at home if you want to do business here.

I've been bringing my car to Autonation for several years. But recently the heat in my car stopped working. I brought it in early Oct. to get it fixed. After 3 visits they said that it might be my thermostat. They swapped it out but I ended up coming back within a couple days because my heat still wasn't working. Fast forward to right before Thanksgiving I brought my car in at 7:30 am again with the same problem. I did not get a call all day so I called. I was told that there was a hose left unconnected (only people who touch my car is Autonation so it was obviously left unconnected by their mechanics) and there was another issue (which was probably caused by the unconnected hose) and they needed to call my warranty company to see if they'd cover the parts and labor. It was agreed upon that the service rep would call the warranty company the next morning and let me know. I ended up not hearing anything until I called close to closing time and I was told my case was given to the manager who proceeded to tell me the same info that was told to me the previous day. I tried to be understanding because it was right before a holiday and I requested that I get a loaner car because my car is pretty much out of commission. The manager called back the next day and told me he had one and it would be dropped off to me. Well, I was obviously forgotten about and had I not called I wouldn't have gotten a rental. The holiday passes without any call (almost three weeks) so I finally stopped by the dealership. I am then told that my case was passed off to another service rep and he shows me that he's been communicating with the warranty company. I express my displeasure about no body even bothering to contact me but I however thank him for contacting the warranty company. It's been a week since then. I've called three times left messages with the receptionist April and Justin and I have yet to get a call back about the status of my car. At this point I have been without my car for a month and I just want my car back and fixed. This is ridiculous.

I sent in a request for a quote on a 2020 Silverado that I saw on the internet. In my request I specifically requested not to be contacted until after 1:00pm the next day as I would be tied up until that point. At 8:15am the next the internet sales manager called me. I stated that I had requested not to be contacted until 1pm. She responded "Oh now I see that." Now why wouldn't you read the comments before contacting someone? She then sent me an email that quoted the truck for $1,000 less than the internet price. When I went in later that day and took the truck for a test drive, I asked them to cook up some numbers. They came back with a starting price of $1000 more than the price the sales manager had sent me. I asked why the price went up and they said "Oh, that's the Costco price." I stated that there was nothing in the original email about that being contingent on being a Costco member, and they refused to honor the price that the sales manager quoted me. I should have known better than to come to this dealership, I've rarely heard good things and even the sales person I worked with was complaining about how cutthroat the sales culture was around there. Take your business elsewhere, you'll be happy you did.

Website has no prices for most cars. Must call or email dealer. You email and inquire on their site and you do not get prompt responses if any response at all. While you are waiting for a response to numerous emails you have sent regarding a certain vehicle, you will receive form emails from Angie Long asking. "Am I emailing too much?, I'm here to answer any questions you have". Yet, you never get an answer to availability or price. After over a week of numerous emails to them , you will finally get an email that the vehicle is no longer there. They are constantly putting cars up for sale on their site that are not for sale, but that have been sent to auction due to Maryland's strict inspection policy. These cars remain on their site even long after they are gone. Very poor internet sales department, very poor customer service.
