I was in the last year of my lease when I saw the amazing new Blazer. Both Jerome and Trumane went through the levels of Blazers available to me feature by feature and explained the differences between the base level, the premier and the RS. Calvin then broke down the numbers and explained my options and looked out for me on what was the best deal. I get sooooo many compliments on my new Blazer and all 3 employees played a role in the great experience I had while making a decision.

In September 2019 I bought a used 2015 Land Rover LR4 from Hertrich of Easton, marking the 21st vehicle I have purchased. As an experienced and discerning buyer who comes from a family of car dealers and salespersons, I'm surprised to be writing a review of my experience. But the exceptional experience that I had deserves to be recognized to help assure other shoppers of the service they can expect at this dealership.
The salesman, Storm Sullivan, was personable, professional, honest, and authentic. He quickly arranged for same day transfer of the vehicle so that I could drive from out of town to see it. Without request, he sent photos to confirm it's arrival at his location, reassuring me I wouldn't waste a drive to the wrong place.
Mr. Sullivan also arranged for the vehicle to be detailed and awaiting my arrival, unlike all other used vehicles I recently checked out. All copies of the car history and other helpful documents were ready when I arrived. During the transaction, Storm was forthright, honest, and fair with me. We quickly agreed on appropriate pricing for the trade-in and vehicle transaction, and he swiftly expedited the financing and other required paperwork. While documents were being signed, Storm fueled up the new ride and transferred the license plates so it was ready to go for a long ride home. First thing the next morning, Storm continued his supreme service levels by emailing additional papers I had requested and confirming that he located the spare key and it was being shipped overnight.
I'm admittedly a highly critical and an excessively frequent car buyer who despises the typical process. However, this experience was ideal and the customer service provided by Mr. Sullivan was exceptional. I highly recommend the dealership and Mr. Sullivan to other shoppers.
Amazing Service Dept! - lakemate
Traveling thru the area and 150 miles from my destination (so no prior relationship) and needed help with a Chevrolet diesel deceleration! Called ahead and was told to come on in! The tech and service manager stayed over an hour past closing to help me. I was already bracing myself that I would have to leave the truck and come back. Was fortunate to have family an hour and a half away that came to my rescue just in case. Repairs made! It would be worth buying from them just for the superior customer service in the service dept! So grateful!

My husband and I just purchased a 2019 Silverado from this dealership. A few words about them: Exceptional customer service, well trained sales team, lots of trucks to choose from. We were driven to three locations where trucks are stored to pick the one we wanted. I was like a kid in a candy store. Josh Oh, our sales rep is ONE OF THE BEST we have ever worked with. Josh was eager to please and he made us feel like part of the family. He made sure we were happy with our purchase. He even called a day or so later to make sure we were still happy. We moved to Maryland and did all our state inspections here, and for you Marylanders you know how tough that process is to go through. The service reps go above and beyond to make life easy on you to bring it back after repairs and/or give you a very competitive price on doing the repairs themselves. I can’t say enough good things about these guys, and while we haven’t bought a car from this dealership yet, we have interacted with the sales team, and they are just as great. We will be doing all our service here and hopefully buy our next car here. As a general rule, I hate dealing with car dealerships, but this has always been an incredible experience. Call it the Chick-fil-A of car dealerships.

Excellent Experience - Found the car and the price I wanted online - expected the worst because I had been to other dealers and the "internet price" is never the same when you get through the door. This could not be further from the truth!!! Michele in sales was honest, easy to work with and was willingly to meet our expectations. We then worked with Monica for the paperwork and she was friendly, knowledgeable and explained all the ins/outs of warranties and what the dealership offered. We were in and out in no time - Great Experience! Although we live over the bay bridge and traveled for this car - continuing with them is possible because we can use their Nissan Annapolis location. My family has been dealer loyal for a while and this was a new experience with a new dealer -- I wish I had switched earlier. We will be in the market again soon with our son and will definitely return!!!!!!!! Thank you all.

I used a car-buying service to search for a vehicle, so many dealers were notified of my interest in a vehicle; Jerry's was amongst them. I was called almost immediately, on a Sunday, to schedule a test drive. I made an appointment for the following Saturday. I was contacted almost daily, sometimes multiple times on the same day, by several people to confirm my arrival and appointment. I got 2 emails and 2 phone calls on the day of my appointment, 1 as I was truing into the dealership at the exact minute of the scheduled appointment time. After all the constant harassment, I arrive to find that they do not have the vehicle ready to test drive. Wanted me to sit and wait while they run around to get prepared. I left. Please don't harass me about my arrivl just so I can begin waiting for you! If you are anxious about my arrivla, then be prepared and spend your time preparing the vehicle for the drive, not harassing the buyer.
After that, I asked to be removed from their contact, but I continue to get email, even after I have responded and requested to be unsubscribed from their contacts. They use the excuse that I requested information from them thorugh True Car, I guess that's their "legal" defense. DOn't make the mistake of beginning a relationship with them. In my opinion, they represent the negative side of car buying.

Service Department is Terrible! - wkirk
If I could give zero stars, I would. My mothers car was towed there when it broke down less then half a mile away. Service advisor said it would be ready Thursday. It wasn't. Didn't receive a call telling me that, nor did I receive a call on friday telling me when it would be ready. I called Friday afternoon and was told it was ready. I asked to pay over the phone so a neighbor could take my mother to get her car. That's not allowed because the repair charges are too much. I was told, "if it were $100 or something, we could make an exception." Well, nothing at a dealership is only $100, and I'm not the one who jacks up the prices so that three simple items cost over $1200.
I don't live in Waldorf and I work for a law enforcement agency, so i don't always get to pick my schedule. So, how am I getting to Waldorf to pay for my mother's car and let her pick it up? After spending spare minutes at work on friday afternoon, trying to rearrange saturday appointments and travel schedules, the only solution we could come up with that fits this dealership's limited hours and arbitrary payment limitations, is for my mother to skip her dialysis treatment on saturday morning. So instead of getting dialysis, we pick up the car Saturday morning and go our separate ways again. An hour later my mother calls me and says she got out of the car after leaving the dealer and noticed a large dent in the drivers side door, causing the door not to close properly. She had wondered why she could hear air coming in around the door when driving, but she's elderly and didn't think too much of it. I called the dealership and they said they forgot to tell us an employee hit it with another car. They forgot. But they'll make an appointment on Monday with their body shop and cover the damages. It's noon on Monday - haven't heard a word from them....
DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS - ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!

On Friday I went to the local dealers to do some preliminary car shopping. I met with Erik who was GREAT! We went for a test drive in a new Traverse and I loved it. I told him I’d be back Saturday with my husband. One thing I did not like was that Ray and Linda, both managers hovered the entire time I was there and made me feel very uncomfortable. I warned my husband prior to arriving to be prepared to feel pressured. That was an understatement. Not only were the like vultures again but Erik wasn’t there so they told Brady (I think ?) to start all over with us and create a new thing. That rubbed us both the wrong way. Then Brady basically refused to show us the 2019 traverse I had looked at on Friday, instead he insisted we look at a 2016 used Traverse they could get certified (at an additional cost to us). Upon him pulling the car up right away I noticed the back of the rear seats were rather worn and the other seats had stains on them. When we started the car the AC smelled like pee. I was assured they could remove the stench from the vehicle if we bought it. We drove the car and the whole time pointed out everything we DIDNT like. When we parked the salesman Brady said “so if the numbers work out is this the car for you?” My response was just short of laughing hysterically but I responded NO. I felt completely Not listened to and not respected. He then pushed for us to do a credit app any way and then maybe he’d show us the new Traverse. We left extremely unhappy and went and bought a brand new Honda Pilot. They have lost our business for good. IF you do go to their new show room, I highly suggest talking to Erik he was very kind and I’m sorry for him that the other lost him a sale.

Website has no prices for most cars. Must call or email dealer. You email and inquire on their site and you do not get prompt responses if any response at all. While you are waiting for a response to numerous emails you have sent regarding a certain vehicle, you will receive form emails from Angie Long asking. "Am I emailing too much?, I'm here to answer any questions you have". Yet, you never get an answer to availability or price. After over a week of numerous emails to them , you will finally get an email that the vehicle is no longer there. They are constantly putting cars up for sale on their site that are not for sale, but that have been sent to auction due to Maryland's strict inspection policy. These cars remain on their site even long after they are gone. Very poor internet sales department, very poor customer service.
