Randy, thanks again for the laughs while we looked for cars! and Robert handled the sale. I could tell that Robert knew what he was doing from the first handshake! He was very polite, knowledgeable, easy to work with and didn’t add any pressure to buy a car. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and have to say this was one of the easiest sale. I decided to shop for a new vehicle with JP Chevrolet because of the fact that they are a small , local dealership with a long history in this town. I did not feel pressured at all while working with Barry, the sales specialist. He knows these vehicles and assured me that I'd be happy with my purchase, since after all I was going from a Toyota to a Chevrolet. That's quite a move for me! I went with a new Colorado which had a lot of reasons to like! I should note that that there was not a lot of haggling, and the price I received for my vehicle in trade-in was right on with Kelly Blue Book. I'll note too that they have an excellent service department. A few days after getting the truck home, the battery died. I jump started to get to work and called JP. Within 30 minutes they stopped by work and picked up my truck, replaced the bad battery and brought the truck back to me. No problems ever since. I recently took delivery of my brand new dream car – the Corvette Stingray with Z51 and 3LT packages. Jerry’s Chevrolet is truly an impressive organization and the entire staff is very professional. My Sales Professional Brandon Michael was awesome and took the time to explain many of the features of the vehicle. Among other things he cranked the Bose radio, popped the hood to show me the engine, opened the trunk and changed out the second roof panel… and of course started the car to hear the growling V8. Naturally a test drive was done thereafter and I was hooked! The General Manager Walt McDonald was truly a pleasure to get to know. He explained the dealership’s philosophy in working with buyers in addition to helping me understand pricing… which was extremely fair. He also showed me some of the vintage models on their showroom floor. The rest of the staff that got me into the car was real delightful with which to work. Loose Lugnuts Sink Silverado - Busizem718
Yesterday I picked up my Silverado from Bob Bell after an oil change and tire rotation. As I headed towards 95 South, my truck starts to vibrate violently and I pull over to see that the lug nuts on my rear passenger side wheel were not tighten and the wheel began to come off the vehicle. I called Bob Bell immediately and they sent someone to pick me up and asked me to leave my truck there and they would send a tow truck for it. I do not live in the state, and Ken Ehrhardt told me I could not take one of their loaners out of state to go home. They told me they would put me in a hotel and have my truck done first thing in the morning. Well I am writing this review from the front seat of the loaner vehicle where my dog and I slept last night. When I went to check in to the hotel they booked me, the hotel told me the credit card they dealer gave was not authorized as well as the hotel does not take dogs. The dealership obviously knew I had a dog as she was with me the entire time. So basically their service department is negligent to allow my vehicle to leave with loose lugnuts, as well as booked me a hotel room where I could not actually stay. This was the worst experience I have ever had and reinforced why we should all avoid dealerships like the plague.

I came in for a oil change and was helped by Jenese. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained services that were recommended but when I checked my GM handbook for my recommendations none of the stuff was there. I asked the advisor why she recommend things for my car that GM does not require and she was honest and explained that are are purely preventive maintenance items offered by autonation. While I appreciate her honesty I still do not understand why at 88.000 miles I need a alignment my brake fluid flushed fuel system service transmission flush and some kind of oil additive. GM doesn’t even recommend changing spark plugs until 100,000. But that’s not the worse part while there I encountered and overheard a heated conversation between some of the employees. I learned later that the other lady advisor Nia who has a very foul mouth and bad attitude problem was yelling at a light skinned gentleman. She cursed him out so bad and loud that I heard it I. The waiting room. I went to check and see if everything was alright just to find the service manager Derek Kline standing right there saying nothing at all. Can you believe he did nothing and this isn’t the first time this has happened. This place is childish. When talking to the manager about this he seem to dismiss my concerns. Not only did that leave a bad taste in my mouth about these guys but the technician left the old oil in my car and put new oil in. My car began to act funny when I drove it so I had my husband look at it and he drained three big containers of oil out the car and the car was still full of oil. I took my car back the next day and Jenese came right out and helped me. She later confirmed my suspicions and had my car cleaned also. Although Jenese was great I will never take my car back there. I’ve never been to a place where the manager looks you in your face smiles and tells you that the technician couldn’t have done that.

Mr. Ransey Stimson was a pleasant surprise after learning that after making an appointment, the rep left on a test drive and would not be able to make the appointment we set. I was very disappointed because AutoNation is not in my neighborhood. After several minutes the manager assigned Mr. Stimson to me and it was a pleasant experience thereafter.

Terrible experience. My wife found this tahoe online thursday while i was out of town. I call yesterday to setup an appointment for today to come see it. This morning we notice the price all the sudden increased over 3000 from what it was. I call the salesman i spoke with and leave a voicemail. No call back. Call again close to when i was getting off and another vm with no return. Call the sales department 3 times and no answer. Call the service department and they come find the same sales man i spoke to and he tells me he was waiting to ask the managers about the price change but would stand by it if i had a picture. Which we did but that didnt matter. Made the trip after work tahoe checks out, wife is on the way to trade in car and make the deal. I get put with a different sales person which was very nice but all that was for was for the managers to hide behind her. They tell her we arent budging on the new high price. Go in the back and claim they were in a meeting because they were to coward to talk to us. Made the drive up from southern maryland to buy this tahoe and here I am just getting home with no tahoe.

I purchased a used 2010 f150 lariat 4x4 in February of 2017, the dealership said this was a awesome truck everything was inspected top to bottom, ok awesome I bought the truck now 14k miles later I'm broken down on the side of the road, and of course my warranty is gone. So i called the dealership and told them, They told to kick rocks! Your warranty is gone so we can't do nothing for you, they told me they can recommend someone, and they laughed, so I have made 3 payments on the truck and have many more to come and this what I get! I will never ever recommend this dealership to No One I will tell them to stay clear of these people they will get you for your money and you will be dead to them, they don't care, you sell crap You get crap results. xxxx you hertirch chevy of Easton, maryland, poor service! keep doing the work ripping people off! This dealership doesn't deserve a half a star nor should it be a outlined star. You deserve nothing , the only reason you got star was so I could submit this, it wouldn't allow to submit if I didn't give a star for the service, this dealership doesn't deserve a star!
