I am EXTREMELY pleased with Al Cecchini, and now also with Kacie Burriss (first time working with Kacie). I know I can count on them to make the appointment arrangements and take care of my truck and it's needs.
As I travel over 1 hour to deal with this dealership, Al always makes things convenient for me by arranging a loaner car. (not sure if that's a company policy since the vehicle is still under warranty, or if it's just company policy, but I definitely appreciate that service).
There was a small glitch in the actual service of the truck this time, which delayed pickup of my truck.
BUT, Al AND Kacie were on top of things, making sure that the service was done properly, even if it meant doing it again, which I appreciate. It just meant there was a delay, and multiple trips to the dealership.
I do appreciate that this dealership is willing to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied and will make things right if not.
Everyone is very pleasant, courteous.... I don't mind coming to this dealership. I just wish they were closer.

Amazing Service Dept! - lakemate
Traveling thru the area and 150 miles from my destination (so no prior relationship) and needed help with a Chevrolet diesel deceleration! Called ahead and was told to come on in! The tech and service manager stayed over an hour past closing to help me. I was already bracing myself that I would have to leave the truck and come back. Was fortunate to have family an hour and a half away that came to my rescue just in case. Repairs made! It would be worth buying from them just for the superior customer service in the service dept! So grateful!

Too many bad experiences - Perryman
There is nothing worse than deceptive practices. When you takes a vehicle in for service and you take the time to print out their service coupons and they overcharge you, not good. When this practice happens more than once, it is no accident. They like to give you this broad description of the service they need to perform with high dollar values and you come to find out that they have hidden some additional charges beyond the scope of what was told to you.

Yvonne huhn was my advisor treated me like me and my truck was her #1 priority they had to keep my truck she got me a loaner to get home and kept me well informed about my trucks status. if other dealerships had service advisors like Yvonne it would be a much better experience.

The dealership drove to my home, left a brand new XT5 and took my car for the repair. They returned it the next day after the repair and a wash. Took the 2018 Sonic in for an oil change didn't get home before it started smoking from 301 & 50 to 410 stopped at the light smoke everywhere.Looked under the hood oil everywhere!! Called them they took my # and didn't call back!! They suck never again YOU take my money and leave me hanging!! I had it towed now I guess they need to talk to LAWYERS!!

New 80k dollar truck they destroyed at the service department. Changed my oil then it leaked out while driving on Highway with dump trailer on back. Multiple attempts to fix over heating, couple of times to fix recalls.there's kids new to the mechanic field working on your vehicle.Go there at your own risk

I have tried to buy a new truck twice from there in past 6 months. I only went the second time due to a promotional email I received from them. Both times salesmen blew me off by saying they would get back to me in 5min ir the next day when they located the truck I wanted in their inventory and I never heard from them even after repeated calls. Mist recently the salesperson was Steve and before that Willie.

Ok so this is my second time going to this dealership to buy a car.The car I wanted cost $7,345 I was going to trade in my camaro that I still owe $12,343 but they was going to buy my car for $10k and said I would be upside down and I said ok I have $3,000 I can put down that would of taking care of the upside down problem and mind you my credit score is 750.So how in the xxxx you blow a deal like that lol I could of put down $5k...….. but no the manager wanted to put me in a car that cost $17k now why would I want to put myself in more dept lol crazy... and I heard him to the salesmen phillip " so what if he walk out " loud and clear ……on the good side my score only went down 2 points ……...never in life would I ever go back and Never will recommend anyone.....

Ever since I purchased my 2009 GMC YUKON from there its been in and out of there shop.
I understand that I only had a limited warranty for 30 day or 1000 miles and it looks like they're using that 1000 miles up to so call repair my Yukon. Its been nothing but a nightmare.

I purchased a used 2010 f150 lariat 4x4 in February of 2017, the dealership said this was a awesome truck everything was inspected top to bottom, ok awesome I bought the truck now 14k miles later I'm broken down on the side of the road, and of course my warranty is gone. So i called the dealership and told them, They told to kick rocks! Your warranty is gone so we can't do nothing for you, they told me they can recommend someone, and they laughed, so I have made 3 payments on the truck and have many more to come and this what I get! I will never ever recommend this dealership to No One I will tell them to stay clear of these people they will get you for your money and you will be dead to them, they don't care, you sell crap You get crap results. xxxx you hertirch chevy of Easton, maryland, poor service! keep doing the work ripping people off! This dealership doesn't deserve a half a star nor should it be a outlined star. You deserve nothing , the only reason you got star was so I could submit this, it wouldn't allow to submit if I didn't give a star for the service, this dealership doesn't deserve a star!
