Went to the dealership with intent on purchasing a vehicle. They stated they couldn't meet my terms after being there for 5 hours. Received a call 2 days later stating the deal was finalized and I could pick the vehicle up and sign the paperwork. Showed up the next day only to find out that the vehicle I wanted to purchase had been sold prior to the call stating the deal was finalized. They stated they could put me in another vehicle with the same terms, but then returned with different terms. I will never deal with this dealership again.

I have 2017 Chevrolet Suburban Premier and didn't like it. Their service is so bad and unfriendly. I got problem with my HDMI port. It wasn't work. They changed under the warranty. My truck was 4 days there. Now still my HDMI port is not working. They said my Amazon Fire stick or Google Chromecast is not compatible in this vehicle. That's stupid. I used those sticks 8 months without problem. If is not compatible for what should we use this HDMI port? If I can't use this xxxx, why GM putting HDMI port in this vehicle? I hate this company and I will buy FORD.

In April of 2017 I took my car (2013 Hyundai I purchased from them) in because my AC was blowing warm air. If it had been a repair covered by the warranty I would have had a $100 deductible and that's it. It was low on freon but they found no leaks so I paid a little over $300 for the diagnostic and the service costs to recharge the system.
In February of 2018, when we had those two hot days I noticed it was blowing warm air again.
Back for the AC in 10 months on a 5 year old car, I figured there may be a leak in the system, and they may even have missed it last year.
I told them I was wondering about that, but at no point would they even acknowledge the possibility that they MAY have missed something the last time, instead choosing to insist that's it's likely something completely different; debris could have hit something behind the grill which would cause a new leak, or it was hot last summer so something probably cropped up from that that wasn't an issue last year. Because it's more likely a coincidence that within 10 months (half of which the AC wasn't used at all) on a 5 year old car two completely unrelated issues would crop up with the AC system to cause the same problem, and less likely that they missed something small that took that long to show up again.
So I was in their waiting room for a few hours (which is fine, I know it takes awhile to find the problem sometimes) before they came out and told me I was low on freon again, and they'd found a small leak around the evaporator coil somewhere in the area up behind the dash board. It took them longer to find the leak this year than it took them to determine there was no leak and recharge the system last year.
The problem is, I'm convinced this leak was there last year, and they simply missed it. It was in a hard to get to area, probably not a common problem, they ran the usual tests, didn't find anything in the likely places, and recharged the system and sent me on my way.
Of course I had to pay for the repair. Luckily it was covered by the warranty, $100 deductible. It would otherwise have been a several hundred dollar repair. In the end I lost $300 and half a day of work last year plus $100 and half a day of work this year on a repair that I think should have only cost me $100 the first time. God forbid the warranty had expired in the past year, I could have had to pay several hundred dollars more.
Sure, it COULD have been an unfortunate coincidence, but how likely is that really?
Then I get the car back and the floor mats are dirty, one of them had a large, dark footprint on it, and the other had a streak of some greasy substance, there's a small dark smudge on the interior above the door, and the steering wheel was no longer centered properly so I had to go right back in for that.
I do appreciate that I was given a loaner for the 3 days it took to fix it.
I appreciate that they took the car back and straightened the steering wheel within a few minutes.
I don't appreciate the rest of my experience with them this visit.

Buying a car is usually a fairly stressful situation as it is a major purchase and one you will live with on a daily basis. The thing you need the least is to be sold an inferior car or one with known mechanical issues by a dealer that could have fixed them. Laurel Autonation WILL sell you a car with multiple mechanical problems.
Fortunately for me I have a very skilled mechanic and ALWAYS have my cars inspected by him before I purchase. Regardless of the seller. After what seemed like a month of back and forth cryptic emails from several salesmen about a vehicle they finally had one on site to test drive.
I took time out of my day to come and test dive the vehicle and then took it to my mechanic the next day. Autonation Laurel had focused on detailing the car to "appear" in good condition. Upon independent inspection the car had alignment issues, severe rust behind the engine and on both axles.
On top of that they had steam cleaned the engine but upon driving it over 2 days a very large oil leak appeared but could only be seen up on a lift. My mechanic was certain that this car would NEVER be free of mechanical issues and the rust was going to make the car un repairable in the near future. But that didn't stop this dealer from trying to get top dollar for this car.
The salesman even told me "the reason we don't negotiate is because we inspect all these cars they are "Worry free". They should take that off the website.
I seriously dodged some serious headaches here and frankly I'm certain that if they would attempt to sell that car in that condition they would have fought me tooth and nail to return it. You simply cannot encounter all the problems this car would have caused in their "5 day return" period "no questions asked".
Avoid all of this.
I could never recommend a dealer this dishonest.

Drove 250 miles to be grossly mislead. Didn't even try to make it right. Run don't walk away! We thought we had worked the deal before driving this distance. Was supposed to be cleared by manger. We found they didn't really care. The car looked cleaned by 6 yr old.

Very poor customer service. I was here to sell my car after making an appointment online. Joshua Pilkington said he wasn’t expecting me, and “today was Saturday, and he was trying to sell cars, not buy cars”
Then after I was there for 45 minutes he gave me a paper offering me $2200 less than the quoted price online, stating that they had to pay “1800” for Maryland inspection. And 600 to fix the front and back bumper.
I already had stated that the car had scratches that required fixing. Also they know they have Maryland inspection costs. That should be built into the quote they give. But instead, they do the bait and switch, and assume people are stupid. I left, and called autonation to give feedback on my experience. They said that Josh’s behavior was unprofessional and they were “talking to the dealership to find out what happened” and kept me waiting for 30 minutes and never got an explanation to me, while I saw everyone in the dealership carrying on with their day. So obviously they weren’t interested in buying a car. I then left and sold my car to carmax. I would never recommend dealing with this dealership or autonation. These dealerships just want you to buy a car from them. They pull the bait and switch and autonation do not honor their quotes.

I purchased a used 2010 f150 lariat 4x4 in February of 2017, the dealership said this was a awesome truck everything was inspected top to bottom, ok awesome I bought the truck now 14k miles later I'm broken down on the side of the road, and of course my warranty is gone. So i called the dealership and told them, They told to kick rocks! Your warranty is gone so we can't do nothing for you, they told me they can recommend someone, and they laughed, so I have made 3 payments on the truck and have many more to come and this what I get! I will never ever recommend this dealership to No One I will tell them to stay clear of these people they will get you for your money and you will be dead to them, they don't care, you sell crap You get crap results. xxxx you hertirch chevy of Easton, maryland, poor service! keep doing the work ripping people off!
