She is an amazing service writer—professional, communicative, and truly dedicated to making sure her customers are taken care of. The mechanics behind the scenes are equally wonderful. It’s clear they take pride in their work and do their best to keep my Jeep running perfectly. For this visit, I had an oil change and tire rotation; I was incredibly impressed to be in and out in just about an hour. Fantastic dealership! I now own my second Ram 1500 Limited and love it. A while back I had a significant at fault accident and damaged the left front of the truck. This became a costly and difficult repair. Matthew in the body shop always kept me informed along the way. The time it took to complete the repair was quite long. This was no fault of Priority as they are experiencing supply chain issues. I assured them that as long as I was kept aware of the progress I was not going to be unhappy with them. They were very concerned that I know they are working diligently to make it factory new. I could not be happier. It looks and drives like day one! I will be a lifetime customer and actually drive past a Ram dealer to shop from them!
