Saw a car online, made an appt (we live in Duluth) with Matt Schmidt who had answered my email. The car was just as advertised, however too small for our needs. Fortunately Matt found the other vehicle I had noticed and it was a bingo. As a white-haired female couple it’s a bonus to be treated ‘just like everyone else’ … and we were! Matt was attentive while not over-selling and helped make this a surprisingly pleasant car buying experience. And money-guy Clay made us both feel comfortable (and laughing) all while taking care of the zillions of necessary details. We got the car we didn’t know we needed and 100% recommend both Matt and Clay as well as Matt’s friendly and welcoming desk neighbor!

At first I was stuck between Chevy near Nisswa and this, thank GOD I chose this. Phenomenal work by Jason Wing by doing his job! Great deals, and more. Just a perfect, PERFECT car dealership down there in Brainerd. Now I can drive my frontier over to my buddies house all the time to watch the Vikings! Pleased with the sales. Salesman Dan and Jacob explained the vehicle it options and answered all questions I had. Displeased with the added pulse light fee. I understand the reason for putting it on but it was a hidden fee. I thought it was an option it was not. We were asked if we wanted it disconnected but it was late in the process we would have forced a whole rewrite of the sales document. I expressed my displeasure with salesman and manager. They were sympathetic but that was all. Walser could have given us a gas coupon or lunch coupon something. It was 400 that we were not expecting to have to pay. Seems a little underhanded. I would still recommend Walser to people but would warn them to check for all fees before agreeing to buy. I have to honestly say it left a bad taste in the car buying process.
