I don`t often write reviews, but this one is warranted. I had my wife`s 2022 JLU High Tide towed to Park Jeep because it was dead in the water, the start button would not wake up the vehicle and the window was stuck down due to the condition. The immediately put the Jeep inside, and within an hour I was getting a phone call from Dustin Hemauer about the Jeep. He was able to find and remove and tracking system that the previous finance company probably put on. He then was able to find a frayed wire that was blowing the start fuse. Dustin is the man and I wish I could only pick him to work on our Jeeps. I would also like to mention Nick in service intake, he is beyond professional.

I was in the market to replace my 2022 Ram 1500 with a - pmlarson53

I was in the market to replace my 2022 Ram 1500 with a new 2025 Ram 1500; I was working with another dealership where I purchased my 2022, but they were unresponsive to my questions/inquires, so I turned to another local dealership (Tanner Motors) for help; I connected with Dale Cooper via a cold call, and explained what I wanted (same truck I had, i.e., 1500 Limited with all the options in Delmonico Red, except with a 5'7" Ram Box vs the 6'4" longer bed; Dale worked a 500 mile dealership radius search to find my truck, and found only 1 in Mpls; Initially the source dealership wasn't acknowledging the truck was available, but Dale & team kept on them, and finally they relented and released the truck to Tanner for my purchase. New truck came into Tanner after a few days, and I immediately went into purchase. Dale was very professional, responsive, and engaging during the entire purchasing process; That same day I was having some service work done on my 2022 Ram (at Tanner), and Dale came over to the Service Department, and picked my wife and I up and took us across the street to the dealership to complete all the paperwork, etc for the new 1500. All went smoothly and quickly; Dale did a great job handling my purchase and trained us in on the new features the new truck had over my old truck. We also worked closely with Jason in finance, he too has great to work with; very knowledgeable and accommodating, and everything went smoothly. I had a lot of questions regarding my existing extended warranty and my options for reimbursement or transferring to another party, Jason clearly explained my options, cost, and offered to help in any way he could even though I would be required to initiate reimbursement or transfer with my original dealer; he said if I have any issues/questions, don't hesitate to call for assistance. Overall, I had a great experience at Tanner Motors; highly recommend to others!

I knew the exact spec I was looking for and initially was hoping to buy/trade in completely from an online retailer to skip the in person transaction. I have new born twins at home and didn’t have hours to spend in a dealership. I found the exact spec I wanted at Bloomington Jeep, got in touch with a salesperson, Brennen, almost immediately. I communicated to him I need a fair trade in a value and have limited in person time and need to be in and out quickly for this all to work. No exaggeration I spent maybe 20 minutes inside the dealer and was headed home in my new rig. Each person I interacted with seemed competent and friendly and overall my experience was 10/10. Already am referring some friends to this dealer.

I had an exceptional experience at Ryan Auto in Monticello with sales reprsentative William Berry. He was friendly and went the extra mile to make my car buying experience enjoyable. He arranged for the vehicle to be transferred from another dealership for my convenience and ensured it was in pristine condition for the test drive. He took the time to research the car and highlighted its safety features during our test drive. He even helped to program my favorite radio stations and sync my phone with the car. To make the experience even more memorable, I suggested they should have a large 'sold' sign like realtors do for photos at the end of the sale. While I was completing the paperwork, William surprised me by creating a special 'sold' sign just for me. Having purchased 20 vehicles in the past 40 years, I can confidently say that my experience with William Berry at Ryan Auto was the best I've ever had!
