As a customer with little knowledge about the car buying process I was intimidated coming into my appointment, but I immediately felt welcomed, encouraged, and informed through each of the steps of the process during my meeting with Amanda. In addition to helping match me with the perfect car, a 2022 Toyota Camry, she helped me get acquainted with the features of the car, scheduled the rust-proofing with a very fast turnaround so it would be done before I started my new job, and even overnighted the shipment of my license plates when they were sent to the wrong address weeks later. My crosstrek needed some warranty work & I live an hour away from the dealership & can’t drive right now due to some health problems. He arranged for my car to be picked up by one of their staff and they absolutely took care of EVERYTHING! Can’t thank them enough! I don’t usually do reviews but really needed to for this!!

DeAnna was a very nice young lady. Came out to see us on the lot shortly after we'd got there. Got in the back seat of the car we test drove even though we gave her our license and insurance info. We paid cash (check) so the transaction went rather smoothly. Another customer came in during our final paperwork while DeAnna was in the back room making copies and no one greeted him, said nothing to him, even others that worked there walked right by him and didn't say a word to him. We thought that was unprofessional. DeAnna finally saw him standing there then just left without finishing our paperwork!! Maybe everyone there should concentrate on being more customer friendly. Other than that our transaction with DeAnna and others in the office went rather swiftly.
