My truck buying experience at Walser Wes wonderful. Herick, my salesman was courteous, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I traveled from Montana to check out a GMC Sierra 2500 Denali. Herick picked me up from the airport and within an hour I was test driving the truck. The truck was as advertised and immaculately clean. There was no haggling over the price as all vehicles are marked with “best price.” This is indeed true evidenced by the fact that I came all the way from Montana to look at and ultimately to buy the truck. I would definitely buying from Walser again.

I had the opportunity to work with Nick Skogman in the Service Department during an extremely stressful situation, knowing I could potentially be facing some major mechanical issues with my Highlander. I purchased this Highlander from a non-Toyota dealership—which, in hindsight, was my first mistake—and I also didn’t realize the implications of purchasing a Canadian vehicle. The Highlander seemed to run perfectly for about eight months, but then I found myself facing a MAJOR mechanical nightmare. That’s when Nick stepped in. From the beginning, Nick listened. He truly heard my concerns, took the time to understand the full situation and all the complications involved, and then took action. He did everything within his ability—even working the system—to keep my costs down, explore every possible solution, find every available discount, and communicate with me throughout the entire process. Nick also shared some of his own experiences and offered professional advice based on his many years of working in dealerships. He made it clear that he would do his part to make sure I was satisfied, well cared for, and saved as much money as possible. And in the end, he did exactly that. He saved me a significant amount of money. He listened to my concerns and acted on them. He never rushed me, gave me the runaround, or made me feel like a burden. Most importantly, he made me glad that I was at Carlson Toyota. I genuinely felt that I was being given honest information and that everyone was doing everything Toyota had available to help me through a very difficult situation. We have always purchased Toyota vehicles because of our great experiences with their reliability. This particular experience really threw me for a loop—but talking with Nick changed everything. He listened, he acted, and the service team delivered. My next vehicle purchase will definitely be from a Toyota dealership. I now understand the value of knowing where the vehicle came from, who services it, and having a dealership that stands behind its work and its customers. Zackary Anderson did everything he could to make buying out our 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid lease as seemless as possible. He was our salesman when we first leased our Van. This time around Zack made sure we were connected to the right people to get our vehicle financed, even though we are in a active Bankruptcy. Which led us to talking with Michael Nordick the Finance Director, and Ryan Wichman the Finance Manager. Both of them were able to answer all of our questions about financing our loan. We also want to add installing a trailer hitch onto our loan. For that we talked to Kyle Johnson the Accessories sales manager, he was able to answer all the question about how the tow package would work. All in all we have had nothing but top notch care from all the employees, at CDJR! We definitely would recommend, going to CDJR to all our friends and family!

DeAnna was a very nice young lady. Came out to see us on the lot shortly after we'd got there. Got in the back seat of the car we test drove even though we gave her our license and insurance info. We paid cash (check) so the transaction went rather smoothly. Another customer came in during our final paperwork while DeAnna was in the back room making copies and no one greeted him, said nothing to him, even others that worked there walked right by him and didn't say a word to him. We thought that was unprofessional. DeAnna finally saw him standing there then just left without finishing our paperwork!! Maybe everyone there should concentrate on being more customer friendly. Other than that our transaction with DeAnna and others in the office went rather swiftly.
