Would not be able to make the repairs on my 14' CRV without their devotion to my needs. I've only. Interacted with service, not with sakes. The service advisors there are honest and 100% want to keep their customers in their vehicles. It's never been about profit. I am a recent relocate to Alpha and have been both a service manager at Mercedes Benz in Morristown and a German import repair shop manager for almost 10 years. I tell you with all sincerity Phillipsburg/Easton Honda service is a place you can trust. Including the techs, who are often the ones who get the ball rolling in a way that you can handle. I have never been disappointed or let down. I believe we are six for six.

Brian Kennedy, who has not been reviewed here, is one of my service advisors who graciously took over for Emerson Cambara, with whom I have also enjoyed working- was out sick. He assisted me with some very difficult service issues on a rare '06 S60 R project car I own. I even made a sales offer on a demo/loaner and he took time out of his busy schedule to walk over and present it to the sales department which was way over his pay grade. He has been excellent in his communication , getting back to me within a short period of time when I've contacted him. He is exceptional at his attempts to resolve anything I throw at him, but especially in advising me should I purchase any other Volvo 'unicorns' as I am a very atypical performance-oriented Volvo enthusiast. The team at service there with Brian & Emerson, as well as Shannon and Laura, is extremely pleasant in the way they both answer the phone and relay information. For this reason I will not service my Volvos anywhere else.
