We purchased our lease end CX-5 from Field’s and have gotten service there. They recently did front and rear brakes and a rear differential service. Parts were a brief hold up, so they gave us a discount. The people are nice, honest, and helpful. Another service member sent me a YouTube video on how to clean debris out of our blower motor, saving us time and money.

Had recall on Kia Soul. Called made an appointment and expected to drive vehicle back home same day. During diagnostics there was an "Oops" moment and I was advised car was unsafe to drive and they would have to order part for necessary repair. Eric Hicks, service adviser, ordered an uber which took me to Enterprise Rentals and provided me transportation home. Eric kept me advised over next few days status of vehicle. Kia of Burlington went beyond what I expected to get vehicle back on road and I am very appreciative of their excellent service. I would recommend Kia of Burlington and especially their service department to others. Thank you Kia and Thank you Eric.

Very good first time experience. Brought in 2012 Jetta for estimate on repairs. Worked with Christian, and he fully explained everything. Repairs were itemized and priced individually. We decided on the ones that were most important and proceeded with repairs. No upsell or guilt speech for not doing everything.
