I have had experience with 3 Mercedes Benz Dealerships with extremely bad experiences with Mercedes Benz of Akron and Mercedes Benz of Youngstown. I drove 70 miles for their service. When I purchase my next new Mercedes in two years, it will be from them. They have earned my respect, admiration and loyalty!!!!!! Every award they received from Mercedes Benz they deserve. We just purchased a new Nissan Murano Platinum. We were very pleased with our salesperson, Lulu. She was new at the dealership but went out of her way to assist us, getting answers when needed. Even though we had had a Murano 2018 and were familiar with the car, she and Chasyn were great, spending a good amount of time with us to help us learn how to operate all the technology on the new model. Adrian, a sales manager, assured us, also, that they would accommodate us on anything we would need. All in all, buying this car was a great experience!

We live in a different state. Mike made the purchase process smooth and arranged to have the truck shipped to us.
