Overall the dealership personal are very good. Mr. Hastings and the other service advisors have been very courteous. My only complaint has to do with the AI appointment system that has been implemented. First, when I call to make an appointment I want to speak with a person not a computer. Second, the computer in question did NOT KNOW THE CORRECT DAY AND DATE. I wanted to make an appointment for Thursday, March 26, 2026. It tried to tell me Thursday was March 27th, 2026. I would rather wait on hold for a short time than have to deal with a computer with delusions of grandeur. Alternately, scheduling online is a preferable method provided the system is user friendly.
