My wife and I had a great experience buying our new Hyundai Tucson hybrid. We were greeted by the manager who then introduced us to our sales rep Ellen. She was wonderful. We took the car for a test drive and she went over key points of the car. She worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with our car. She even drove the car to the detail shop to make sure the car was ready for us to take home in a timely manner. She has been very responsive to all our questions since taking ownership of the car. I would recommend Ellen to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai.

Bergey's does the repairs they say for the price they quote. Waiting time is minimal in a comfortable waiting area. All around it was a good experience. I did not purchase my car from Bergey's but the service is outstanding.

Great dealership with a great group of associates who truly care about getting you in the vehicle you want at a price that you are okay with. Everyone of the associates I had the experience to talk with had no problems answering any question I may have had and if they were unsure they made sure to research it so I got an honest answer. 10 out of 10 would go there again first choice for another vehicle and 10 out of 10 would recommend to a family member or friend!

I had a great experience, even though they didn’t have a complementary car I could use to go get something to eat, they did however take me to a restaurant so I can eat and when I was done, they were able to pick me up. Their work was very efficient and I was very well pleased with my service on the car. And I thanked them very much for giving me a free car wash. The workers there were very nice, respectful, and very courteous. I am well pleased. Oh, and I would like to add that they text messaged me every step of the way, which was fantastic.

I had my car serviced at MotorWorld Lexus on May 13, 2026, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. As many of us do, I have had a lot on my mind lately, and the entire service team made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Joel, along with service writers Mike, Collin, and Helen, were all wonderful to work with, professional, kind, efficient, and accommodating with my work schedule for both drop-off and pick-up. Juan, the technician, provided an excellent video walk-around of my vehicle and clearly explained everything going on with my car, which I really appreciated. To top it all off, after getting home, I realized I had accidentally left my garage door opener and EZ Pass in the loaner vehicle. Helen immediately gathered my items and even stayed at the dealership until I was able to return and retrieve them. The Lexus service team consistently goes above and beyond, and experiences like this remind me exactly why I drive a Lexus and continue to service my vehicle with MotorWorld Lexus. The parts needed were hard to procure due to being on back order, not the dealership’s fault.
