I had a great experience with this dealership. I purchased the nicest 2014 W204 C300 in the country with only 6300 miles on it. I completed the whole transaction while being out of state. A big Thank You to Alex Aylsworth my sales consultant. He answered every question I had including sending me videos that I asked for. He always communicated in a very timely fashion even when he was busy helping other customers. If your looking for a Mercedes-Benz make sure you see Alex, he will make your buying experience very enjoyable with no pressure! Also, Joe in finance was great to work with as well. Matt, Service Dept. , was very courteous and took the time to explain the situation with my Jeep Gladiator. Took several trips to finally rectify my vehicle’s problem. They were gracious enough by giving me a loaner vehicle while my Jeep was at their dealership, which I greatly appreciated. The parts needed were hard to procure due to being on back order, not the dealership’s fault.
