If there were a lower star to award, I would. We purchased TWO new vehicles here in January and have experienced nothing but headaches. What should have been a meaningful first-time car-buying experience for my daughters has been completely stripped of any excitement due to total disorganization and poor follow-up.
We have had to return over 45 minutes away to the dealership- all seperate visits to re-sign paperwork, then again to deal with a faulty seal that was throwing system errors almost immediately. Once more when we were told the windows were tinted when they were not—staff actually claimed we 'just couldn't tell because it had already gotten dark.' Most concerningly, we still have not received registration stickers months later, which resulted in a member of my family being pulled over by law enforcement.
For a 'no-hassle' January sale, this has been an exhausting and disappointing experience. They have made no true attempt to improve the situation or take accountability for these repeated failures."
