While I was not planning a car that day, fate had other plans for me and the transmission in my 2018 Acura MDX with 120,000 miles blew while I was on a trip from NJ to our home in Orlando following my brother in laws funeral. I was treated with empathy, concern and respect through out my experience at Crown Acura. Kenny, Wes and the entire team could not have been more supportive. A process that began at 12:00 ended at 6pm with me driving away with a 2024 MDX certified pre-owned. I am sincerely happy with my purchase and look forward to driving it for many years to come.

I would like to thank Jim Calvert for his recent assistance in the decision process and for my purchase of a 2026 gasoline-only, 2.0L Honda Civic Hatchback Sport. I decided to part with my 2010 Japanese Fit after 15 years of reliable driving. My decision on a vehicle purchase was initially mixed, given the number of options I had. My only real interest was to focus on a gasoline-only model, given that I was, and continue to be stubborn on a hybrid model purchase. Long story short, I limited my test drives to the Civic 2.0L, Accord 1.5L Turbo, Passport 3.5L and Pilot 3.5L. All these vehicles drove and handled well, but in the end, I decided to go with Civic Hatchback. The Civic’s performance and storage capacity is quite adequate, and its pricing is very reasonable and competitive. Jim’s assistance was second to none, and that included answering an infinite number of questions, along with verifying my research, and clearing up my assumptions. I have driven Hondas since 1974, and I have never owned a Honda for less than 15 years. “Old School” never changes for some people. Thanks Jim. You are an asset for Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg.

Over the past three years, l've purchased three vehicles from her, and I want to share my experience because it's been nothing short of amazing. Some people think salespeople are sharks, but Asli proves that wrong. She's originally from Turkey and has a unique way of making every interaction enjoyable. She's incredibly accommodating, super friendly, makes you laugh, and is always trustworthy and professional. I'm not sure if it's her upbringing, her training at Casey Honda, or just her personality, but there's definitely something special about her! Moreover, she was a very good “listener,” and she did not try to “force” me to purchase a vehicle. I informed her that I was looking at purchasing and new 2026 Chevy Trax and the vehicle I was looking at purchasing was located at 3 different local dealerships. I informed her that I just wanted my vehicle appraised and the “out the door price”. She did “exactly” that and expressed that she would still like to earn my business. However, she also understood my desire to see the other two dealerships' vehicle prices. The result, the price Madelyn quoted me was much “lower” than the other dealership. However, I did not have enough money to make up the difference between what my vehicle was appraised for and the price of the new vehicle which had nothing to do with Madelyn. My overall experience was outstanding due to Madelyn’s professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to make my vehicle-buying experience pleasurable. I will definitely keep in contact with Madelyn, and when my financial situation changes, she will be the “first” person I contact to purchase my next new 2026 Chevrolet Trax. I was totally honest with what my thoughts were ( brought in my 2013 Outback for some work and found I wouldn’t pass inspection) and most importantly I needed answers to my questions. There was no pressure, they listened and helped to guide me towards the best decision for myself.
