Shawn, our sales representative was knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. He made the entire leasing and buying process smooth and stress-free. He answered all our questions clearly and made sure we felt confident with our decision. Mohamad, the manager, was also very helpful and supportive throughout the process. He worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied with the deal. Joe Taylor is the MAN! He was above board in our dealings. Offered their services and options but did not pressure. He remained in constant communication throughout and after the process. Joe showed that he wanted and deserved my business. I drove 2 hours to complete the deal. He actually offered to deliver the vehicle to me! Easily the one of the most enjoyable vehicle purchase experiences I have had. Hunter (Finance) was very good also. Again, non-pressure (and from a finance guy that is say something. LOL!) But, he was responsive and attentive. This dealership has a great vibe and people - based on my experience.

We purchased a car from the dealership and once with the finance person, everyone else left for the day, we signed the paperwork and left with the car. The was on a Saturday. We drove an hour home and noticed we were charged a "200.00 addition" to the vehicle price for a Classic Theft Protection Plan ,that was never explained by anyone at the dealership. On Monday I spoke to Trey about this and was told it comes with all the vehicles and was not optional. My problem was the signature was done on a signature pad so we never saw the actual form. Since this on all your vehicles and is not an option to the buyer it should be explained before you are signing the loan papers. After speaking with the manager and with it being posted on their website, we were able to resolve the issue. Great sales lady and I love my new car.
