My wife and I recently leased and then purchased a car from Audi Arlington, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. Shawn, our sales representative was knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. He made the entire leasing and buying process smooth and stress-free. He answered all our questions clearly and made sure we felt confident with our decision. Mohamad, the manager, was also very helpful and supportive throughout the process. He worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied with the deal. Thomas assisted us with the service contract, and he explained all the coverage details carefully so we understood exactly what we were getting. We truly appreciated his transparency and professionalism. Overall, the team at Audi Arlington provided outstanding customer service. I had bought a 2020 ford escape from Jason pearman that had some body issues and it was the worst experience possible for my first time buying a car, thank god he is no longer there because I wouldn’t recommend him. I decided to give them a second chance and I went to Corey oxendine and he has been more then helpful and responsive he got me traded out of the escape into a 2024 ford edge and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly reccommend Corey Oxendine and I think this boy deserves a raise or a promotion or something. He has beyond helped me when nobody else wanted to and I appreciate everything he did for me. If you go to Aschenbach ask for Corey!!

Joe Taylor is the MAN! He was above board in our dealings. Offered their services and options but did not pressure. He remained in constant communication throughout and after the process. Joe showed that he wanted and deserved my business. I drove 2 hours to complete the deal. He actually offered to deliver the vehicle to me! Easily the one of the most enjoyable vehicle purchase experiences I have had. Hunter (Finance) was very good also. Again, non-pressure (and from a finance guy that is say something. LOL!) But, he was responsive and attentive. This dealership has a great vibe and people - based on my experience.

We purchased a car from the dealership and once with the finance person, everyone else left for the day, we signed the paperwork and left with the car. The was on a Saturday. We drove an hour home and noticed we were charged a "200.00 addition" to the vehicle price for a Classic Theft Protection Plan ,that was never explained by anyone at the dealership. On Monday I spoke to Trey about this and was told it comes with all the vehicles and was not optional. My problem was the signature was done on a signature pad so we never saw the actual form. Since this on all your vehicles and is not an option to the buyer it should be explained before you are signing the loan papers. After speaking with the manager and with it being posted on their website, we were able to resolve the issue. Great sales lady and I love my new car.

Bought a 2027 HRV-EXL last week. Tom Torres greeted me. He let me take my time and look around. Later I went back to Tom, said I was interested in a new HRV. He went over it with me. I got a great trade in value for my CRV EXL. After seeing the Checkered Flag price for the new auto. We went through all the various plans offered. (no pressure, just information. ) I bought the HRV-EXL, came back the next day with a couple of questions about the HRV. He helped me understand how some settings worked. It was a pleasant experience, again. I've been buying Hondas from Checked Flag for over 15 years (I'm guessing). I highly recommend this dealership.
