Jared Bowman was amazing to work with. Great communication and very upfront about the cars I was looking at and what to expect. I came into the dealership several times while shopping around, and Jared went above an beyond and was easily the best salesman I've worked with (including from other Mazda dealerships in the same ownership group.) The only ding on the experience is on the back of house operation. I went out of town and told the dealership I would have to receive ownership the car on the Friday after New Years. I was called by one of the managers and was told the car was ready to be picked up after the porters/service center had a whole week to prep the car and get the state inspections/emissions/CPO done. I came in to pick it up and all the sales and dealership stickers + adhesive was still all over the car and windows, empty gas tank, and the car was covered in bird crap as it was parked under trees after it went through the inspections. Needless to say, Jared and I were both quite upset. Jared made it right by jumping the car to the front of the line and got the car filled up, cleaned, and ready for me in under 30 minutes. I would still recommend this dealership. Was by far the least stressful experience I've had car buying.

We love the dealership but my husband was there for 6 and 1/2 hours because there were 2 mechanics and quite a few cars! They need not to take as many repairs do people don’t have to wait that long! It’s never happened before but they made him feel better by the time he left.

Absolutely Amazing from start to finish! On Sunday 3/8/26 I called and inquired about a Kia Telluride about 30 minutes before closing and was told I would receive a follow up call on Monday morning 3/9/26. Not only did I receive that call but Johnathan was very thorough and was able to get me approved over the phone before I even got off from work with all of the final numbers. The dealership was about an hour drive for me and upon my arrival I was greeted by Kevin who was just as Amazing as Johnathan. I was surprised and amazed that all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. It was such an Awesome experience and everything was smooth from beginning to end even with the finance person. I could go on and on about my experience because I am just that pleased. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know.
