I purchased a 2025 Tuscson. The salesman mentioned the Blue Link app available but I was not able to connect to it at the time. I went in to the dealership on 7-21-26 for another service and spoke with Dillon at the desk. He was able to help me get the app working and showed me some of its features. I do not like putting apps on my phone and he was patient and help me get it started. He is a very committed Hyundai employee and our interaction was very pleasant. I was there to set up an appointment for the 15,000 mile check and purchase a touch up paint tube.

This service team is great to work with, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They are upfront regarding repair costs, and time required to complete the job. I love the flexibility of having my car picked up and returned to me. Also the option of a courtesy driver if necessary. I always enjoy working with the service advisers. Zach handled my last visit, he is very knowledgeable and friendly and treats me like an old friend when I walk in the door. I moved to Winchester three years ago, but continue to have my car serviced at Front Royal Ford for the reasons sited above. I realize this is a lengthy review, but it is my impression from the many visits over the years, not just the most recent visit.

Absolutely Amazing from start to finish! On Sunday 3/8/26 I called and inquired about a Kia Telluride about 30 minutes before closing and was told I would receive a follow up call on Monday morning 3/9/26. Not only did I receive that call but Johnathan was very thorough and was able to get me approved over the phone before I even got off from work with all of the final numbers. The dealership was about an hour drive for me and upon my arrival I was greeted by Kevin who was just as Amazing as Johnathan. I was surprised and amazed that all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. It was such an Awesome experience and everything was smooth from beginning to end even with the finance person. I could go on and on about my experience because I am just that pleased. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Although I worked specifically with Kevin and Johnathan I am 100% sure that all staff members are just as Amazing! Shop Safford VW Richmond I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Andrii was a pleasure to work with, from the moment I first contacted this dealership, he immediately got to work and started working with me for about a month to find the car that was right for me. When I first connected with Andrii through a contact form I filled out with the dealership, he was straightforward, kind, and made the buying experience truly enjoyable. I haad the 4 series in mind, I thought it would be perfect for me. But he wanted me to test drive the car first, and I really quickly realized, that it was not the one. He also knew I didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I would, while we were going back and forth on models I could try, I happen to peak on the window of an X3. The Espresso Brown color peaked my interest, and I opened the vehicle, i sat on the driver’s seat and I fell in love. He also noticed my reaction and quickly looked up a few X3s I could Test Drive and that I would probably like with the features I wanted. He found the one and I came back the next day to test drive it. After we did the drive, I knew, he knew, I called my mom, so she knew too hahaha I was so in love with this X3. A few days later he worked with me and gave me a really good deal on the vehicle. I’m so happy I didn’t pick the model I thought I wanted, and the best part is that he never pushed me to get it either because he knew the series 4 wasn’t my car. The difference in my excitement when I drove the series 4 to when i drove the X3 told him everything he needed to know, and he knew that was my car! I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The car is gorgeous, and I hope to buy my next one from him as-well. Truly an excellent person, wth attention to detail, not pushy, and committed to finding the car for YOU and your lifestyle.
