I purchased a vehicle from this dealership as part of a trade-in transaction. At the time of purchase, I was provided with a clean Carfax report, which played a major role in my decision.
Approximately three months later, I received a notification directly from Carfax stating that the vehicle had previously been involved in an accident — information that was not disclosed at the time of sale.
I traded in a well-maintained vehicle with a clean Carfax and reasonably expected the same level of transparency in return. When I contacted the salesperson, the matter was escalated to a manager, who stated that nothing could be done.
This experience reflects a serious lack of accountability and transparency. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I strongly advise future buyers to independently verify the Carfax and vehicle history before purchasing, rather than relying solely on what is provided by the dealership.
