Great buying experience! - christopherwclawson

Great buying experience! Friendly and helpful sales and finance staff. Responded to online questions very quickly and willing to check into things to get the answer. Enjoyed the entire experience. Everyone explained all the options and let me decide what was best without trying to convince me to buy additional service contracts or dealer financing. Never felt any pressure at the dealership. I really enjoyed the test drive and was pleasantly surprised that they let you take the car for the drive by yourself. I had numerous coworkers and friends who recommended Blue Knob Auto. This was the first time I ever went there and I definitely will be purchasing more cars from them in the future. Total wow experience buying from Blue Knob!

Nate from the Service Department was exceptional. - Sherrie Lourdon

Nate from the Service Department was exceptional. He kept me updated every step of the way regarding the issue with my van, communicated clearly, showed genuine compassion, and demonstrated the highest level of integrity. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way he does, and I greatly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. The woman who checked me out was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience even better. When I decided to sell my vehicle, William Gambino, Nathan Thomas, and Robert Eder in the Sales Department were an absolute joy to do business with. They gave me a fair price for my vehicle, made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free, and treated me with respect throughout. From the Service Department to the Sales Department, everyone was professional, honest, efficient, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a team they can trust. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!
