We just picked up our 11th vehicle from Ottos BMW / West - Pamstat

We just picked up our 11th vehicle from Ottos BMW / West Chester BMW and I'm sure it won't be our last. From start to finish, the sales and delivery process is always smooth, transparent, and pressure-free. Once again, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. A huge thank you to our Client Advisor, Justice Mogano, who always goes above and beyond to make the entire experience quick and enjoyable and ensures we are completely satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend Justice to anyone considering a BMW, and I look forward to working with him in the years to come. It is rare to find a dealership where you feel so valued every single time, whether you are buying a car or bringing it in for service!

Since it's been six months since I bought my 2014 Magma - Nick Peterson

Since it's been six months since I bought my 2014 Magma Red Touring Sport 370z from Auto Lenders down in Exton, I thought It would be a good time to leave a long term review for anyone curious. Pro's - -Super easy to get into contact with, either with text or call. -Super Friendly, laid back, not pushy -Good Atmosphere. As someone who's been around dealerships for half of my life since my father was a master mechanic, this place felt welcoming, and the staff were nice, friendly and laidback as I stated before. It's also very clean and accommodating If you need to hang around for awhile. No sitting in a small room with magazines. -Relatively Quick all things considered. I went in to see my 370z around 2:30 from what I remember, and I was out the door by 6ish(Sorry guys for making you stay past closing!) -No one in the car with you for test driving. This isn't a bag per say, I was just super surprised by this. I walked in, showed serious interest, and my guy, Ryan, just got it prepped for me and let me take it out with a spin. I thought for sure he or someone else would come with me since it's a sports car, but nope. -Didn't try to rip me off with any of that extra crap like paint and fabric protection, Nitogren tires etc, thank god. I think mine only had etching. -Very transparent in their pricing, and give you time to think it over. I felt literally zero pressure from my guy Ryan, or anyone. They honored their sales price. -Financing. I don't know for other people, but they were nearly able to match my own bank, with my bank giving 5% APR, and their Bank in Pittsburg giving me 6% APR, and that's for a sports car. Granted I have goodish credit, so I don't know how it would work for people with bad credit, so I guess this point subjective. Cons- -No Haggling on car price. What you see is what you get there. I paid a premium for my car but If you do solid research on 370z, you find it's basically worth what they were selling it for. Mine was a garage kept from what I could see, one owner, clean title with 59K milage, well maintained, second rarest color, top every day trim(The Nismo is the track trim), tires and brakes still newish when I bought it. Mine an auto which wasn't my first choice BUT its still a great car for what it is, the last mechanical, analog sports car that's bound to be a classic in the future. These cars, If well maintained, hold their value, so I don't fault them for not tolerating haggling. As for a normal, commuter car, that may be different. Shout out to Ryan, Gus and Joe. Good guys. The Owner was also nice and very laid back.

I've been a longtime Heritage customer and have purchased over 20 vehicles from their dealerships over the years. I'd especially like to recognize Mike Kydd at Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Parkville for his excellent customer service. Mike has always been helpful, responsive, and willing to take the time to discuss vehicles, trade-ins, and purchasing options. We had an excellent experience purchasing our RAM truck from Videon CDJR. Our salesman Phil was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. He never made us feel pressured or rushed, which made the buying experience relaxed and enjoyable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured we felt comfortable every step of the way. Before we left the Dealership, Phil made sure our phones were connected, we were set up with the UConnect App and we understood most of the vehicle features. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly appreciated his professionalism and relaxed customer-focused approach. We highly recommend Phillip Snyder and Videon for your next vehicle purchase.

One of the simplest, most transparent, and smoothest - Ryan

One of the simplest, most transparent, and smoothest purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. From the first point of contact to driving off the lot, I could not have been more pleased. I particularly would like to acknowledge Lucas, my sales rep, who was the most responsive and pleasant rep I’d ever purchased from, and Andy for going above and beyond in working out a great deal for me on my Porsche Cayenne. These guys were incredible to work with.
