He actually drove to NJ and back to PA to get the one I wanted. Exceptional! Only thing is the certification warranty is not a true Honda warranty

I’ve been taking my Honda CRV here for routine maintenance since I purchased the car in 2017. The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable. My latest service attendant was phenomenal. Amelia was friendly, prompt, and professional. She was quick to update me every step of the way and follow up when she didn’t hear back from me right away. I ended up picking up my vehicle after her shift. The following day she noticed that I was accidentally charged an extra $30. She reached out to me immediately and insured I was sent a refund. Honestly, I would’ve never known if she had not said anything. I appreciate her honesty.
