These folks had actual mechanics and technicians who almost immediately diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. I was truly impressed with the whole process. A shout-out to Brittany is in order also; she communicated at all the appropriate times and kept me in the loop. Excellent service!

I was disappointed that a brand new car that had just arrived had the issues that required being replaced. Also, the body shop was extremely helpful and kept me informed until the issue was resolved.

I am not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I bought my second vehicle from them this year for a reason. They were reasonable about price the first time and the second time, they were easy to work with and the transactions were quick both times, they were not pushy about sales in the finance office both times, the salesman (John Lucas), sales managers, and even the GM were transparent, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The first vehicle I got was a new vehicle and I had a vehicle to trade in. Everything went great. A few days after I bought the vehicle and was washing it, I noticed what I thought was a paint flaw on the roof of my truck. I contacted them and they promised to get it taken care of. Their detailer gave it a light go (staying within his means and making sure h didn't mess up the paint) but made no progress. Then they put me in contact with their paint/body professional. Weeks later, when I finally had the time, that gentleman took care of the paint issue which turned out to be some adhesive residue left over from the protection Ford used during shipping. They held true to their word and it went easier/better than anything I have ever experienced with a dealer in my life. I am not sure what is going on with all the negative reviews. Honestly, I think they may be some people who had bad experiences for whatever reason along with others trolling the dealership. I did not have a moment I would even consider average with them. Every experience I have had with them has been great! Buy with confidence in my opinion. I highly recommend John Lucas at Malloy Ford for both new and used vehicles. We bought one new and one used through him and it was a great experience.

My daughter saw a car she liked so we went and looked at it one random evening. We didn’t get pressure, we looked at it at our leisure and the car was in very good shape for a used vehicle. From the time we arrived there until the day we drove the car away, the staff was helpful and kind. Rita Eggeraat greeted us and helped us through the purchase with patience and kindness. Luis Trevino went above and beyond when he overheard our conversations and that we were shopping for my daughter. He stepped in right away and helped get the right price, made the experience more personable, and followed up quickly with all our needs, concerns and questions. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I really appreciated that they were not pushy salesmen and women. They had no problem letting our mechanic test drive and check the car out. Treated us great. Price was great too. Caroline was our sales person, would like to thank her again for being so kind and easy to work with. My only disappointment was the warranty. Only covers 50% of some things and not a great warranty either. I was told by the another sales person it had a warranty before I looked at the car. Then when we went to purchase they said that it had no warranty. Because it was in the texts conversation, they did honor it. Purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer. Will definitely purchase from them again!
