After making a significant purchase, we encountered repeated service issues with our brand-new vehicle. Despite multiple visits, the problem was not resolved, and the vehicle sustained additional damage during each service appointment. The situation continued to worsen, and when the issue was not addressed or the vehicle replaced, we ultimately chose to take our business elsewhere. Recently, we found ourselves back in the market for a new vehicle and learned that the dealership was under new management. Now we're stillwithout a title and it's been since November 18th 2022. Seems fishey to me. Nothing but the run around and on hold wasting my time. SO IT IS TIME TO GET THE COURTS INVOLVED MORE MONEY TO FILE IN MAGISTRATE COURT. PLEASE DONT BUY YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE MISERABLE PEOPLES TO DEAL WITH . I REGRET GOING TO THEM. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. BY THE WAY A $7000 car costing US $17000. This the service we get. Pathetic Wish I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS.
