When we were ready to replace our Explorer with another one, we went directly back to Carl. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable and the whole team is easy to work with. I was greeted promptly by my tech Layne Ciminel who is always friendly and professional. He always informs me of the recommended services but never pressures me to accept. I appreciate that. They seemed very busy so I choose to leave my car and Layne called in about 2 hours my car was ready. I recommend this dealership for services I feel like I can trust Layne

We then settled on a good number and that was it. When I went into the dealership to sign the papers, nothing changed from what Tom and the finance manager told me.
