Sales rep was new, so taking that into consideration, overall good experience. Good communication early in the process (via text) .. but a little lacking in verbal communication day of purchase. I'd asked (in advance) if 2nd row had 'heated seats' (important to my wife) and was told (via text) that vehicle DID have 2nd row heated seats but when we test drove before buying, discovered it did not. Almost reconsidered buying. Disappointing.
