Great Experience from start to finish! We went in to look for a larger SUV and decided to test drive a few. Sam was the Salesman that we worked with and he was Fantastic! He had patience with us as we looked at several vehicles- it was extremely cold outside which didn't make it enjoyable but he didn't complain! He was very open about the process, worked a great deal with us and was never pushy! We will be back to Sam for any of our new vehicles needs! The Finance Manager, Mike, was also great! It was just unbelievable the purchasing experience, and how Ray Skillman, represented by Matt Carver took care of us even though we was in the middle of a snow emergency! I haven't purchased a new vehicle in years, but if you are going to, get in touch with the Skillman group, and Matt Carver, as well as everyone from the driver that picked us up, yes they came miles away in a snowstorm to make this deal happen, and I am a good negotiator, so the deal on this vehicle has to be mentioned to!
