On Thursday of last week, traveling from Arkansas and about 100 miles out from Colorado Springs we experienced a check engine light event. We brought our RV in for diagnostics and repair on Monday. Brian Torpy and the team got us back on the road by Thursday. We would recommend their service department to anyone. Working with Haydar at this dealership was a pleasure! He made us feel like we were his most important customer (even on a busy afternoon when he had other clients to attend to). We had completed our pre-shopping homework, so we were prepared to make quick decisions once we had the test drive and addressed questions about warranties and service plans. Haydar made us feel welcome right away, didn’t try to push an up-sale (he was conscientious that we were there for a specific vehicle), assured that we were attended to, and that we were comfortable in every way. He gave both myself and my husband so much attention to our conversations and questions. Haydar also knew we had an appointment at another dealer an hour and a half after meeting him….he made the time for us and, after the test-drive with Steven proved a great vehicle, Haydar took great care of us so much so that we called the other dealer to cancel. We were in and out with our purchase in less than 4 hours even with the quick trip to the bank! Our Genius, Jason, was great with feature explanations and fielding our questions during our vehicle review and setting up our myBMW account and our devices. The one price policy is great. I prefer their no fees and no haggling policy. The attendants Shy and Tyler were great. Very supportive, responsive, communicative. This dealer has a policy that once you agree to move forward, they pride themselves to deliver on their one hour promise and get you out the door in 60min. Unfortunately, my wife and I did not really get that experience.
