Porsche Riverside came through for us! We were able to order a 2025 Macan Turbo EV using one of their limited "Demand Orders" that only Premier Dealerships are allocated. It was a long wait - but John Beech was able to guide us through the proposed Tariff confusions and EV Tax Credit. John celebrated with us when we arrived to take possession - with Roses and balloons for my wife! We also received excellent vehicle training from Alex Trujillo in their Tech Services Department.

When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. I give this dealership and their awesome team a 5-star review. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

They will treat you like a family member here. No games or tricks. I happily drove over 80 miles, one way, to purchase a new Lexus at this dealership, after wasting my time trying to buy at 6 other Lexus Dealerships. Ricardo at Crown Lexus gave me the lowest price and an amazing buying experience, hands down! I was looking to purchase a new Lexus as an anniversary gift for my wife. After not being able to reach a satisfactory deal on a new Lexus at any of my local Ventura County/ So Cal Lexus Dealers (and actually having been belittled and humiliated by a salesman at Thousand Oaks Lexus, in the public lounge, with my family, while trying to make a deal there, please see my review and buying experience with them,) I began to work with Ricardo Luna at Crown Lexus in Ontario. We were looking for a specific model, color and option and through the Lexus website, I discovered that the Lexus Dealers in Ontario, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Woodland Hills, Valencia, Thousand Oaks and Mission Viejo had the cars with the options we wanted. Most of the dealers would not go under sticker price. A few dealerships went under slightly under sticker, but the price was mostly between dealer invoice and sticker. Ricardo at Crown Lexus beat out all of the other dealerships and went under sticker significantly. He even made me aware that I was eligible for a $1k Military rebate, which none of the other dealers informed me of. The buying experience at Crown Lexus was great. We were greeted at the dealership by an extremely friendly young man in front (sorry, did not get his name) who directed us to our scheduled appointment with Ricardo. Ricardo was extremely kind, friendly, helpful and professional. He answered all of our questions about the process. After the test drive, we worked with Daisey and Steve in the finance department. They were extremely friendly and helpfull. I came pre financed from my credit union, but ended up going with Lexus financing as they beat my credit union. The process was fast and easy. Ricardo stayed with us after we sealed the deal and spent a lot of time with us showing us how to set up the various systems and safety technologies. He even went out of his way to make sure our daughter had some snacks. To the General Manager-I would like to commend Ricardo Luna for his hospitality, honesty, customer support , attention to details and for the hassle free, no gimmicks, games or pressure buying experience he provided to us. We will be returning here for an additional purchase soon.
