(I can't say that about other Honda service centers that I've been to.) All I needed this time was a tire repair, and it was done efficiently. This is my "go to" Honda Service Center.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. The dealerships I had checked out before this would employ hostile sales tactics and other games to rush or force my would-be purchase. I was exhausted from going to these places when I dropped in on Mercedes Benz WC on a whim. Although I was just there to buy a used car Jose gave me the care and respect like I was buying the slickest Benz on the lot, no games, no pressure, just great transparency and assistance.

Even though I was located in Southern California, Glenn made this a hassle-free experience. As I would be in town, I arranged for a test drive.
