He was knowledgeable about the truck, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled the right way. Ron was excellent in helping me get the best possible deal, and George made the finance process easy to understand and handled everything efficiently. The service department is also great. They ordered running boards for my new truck and installed them fast. I would definitely recommend shopping at this dealership. A few weeks ago, I inquired, online, about a vehicle on their website. Almost immediately, Jose Garcia called me and was able to schedule a time for us to meet that day. When I arrived, Jose was there to greet me and had the vehicle on display. He was extremely well versed on the features of the car. The credit application process was very simple. Literally a QR code. During the negotiation process, Jericho stepped in to work on a payment plan that I was agreeable to. Jose suggested that we go on a test drive and I was sold. The gentleman, in the financial department, was extremely efficient as we worked through the financing and paperwork. Jose, and the team, made the whole process very smooth and effortless with his professional and friendly demeanor. All in all, I had a great experience with Jose and the team at Fremont CDJR.

My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep. Finding a dealership service center that truly excels in customer service and offers fair pricing can be a challenge (especially on the westside), but I decided to make the drive down south and my recent experience at Glenn Thomas Chrysler was outstanding. I brought my Chrysler in for some warranty issues that my local dealership was quoting a two-week diagnosis time for, without a loaner. Glenn Thomas Chrysler's service advisor got me in the very next day and immediately set me up with a free rental. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within just one day, which was incredibly efficient and a huge relief. While my car was there, I also asked them to change my cabin air filter. I was pleasantly surprised that their price for this service was significantly less than what I've been quoted at other dealerships. A special shout-out to my service advisor, Anthony Silva. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The level of service and fair pricing I received at Glenn Thomas Chrysler is truly commendable. It's refreshing to find a dealership service center that prioritizes the customer and gets the job done right and quickly. Westside dealerships - you need to take some notes.

What an absolute pleasure and joy, spending time at this dealership. Rolando together with his manager Jordan made is very easy, and stress free too come to a great deal beforehand. There was no back-and-forth for hours on end, nope it was so pleasant, we had already worked out the numbers, and only needed to look over the new vehicle, and run credit before sitting with the finance person. About 2 hours in and out, a lot of heartfelt laughter and just a good experience. The dealership is a nice and clean place, with some great tunes playing out over the speakers both inside and outside. Thank you for the great service, and super pleasant experience.
