Lionel was extremely professional, polite and efficient. I ended up trading in my current car and purchasing from Lionel. He made the process quick and painless. My experience with car dealers has not always been positive, but he was superb. THe other staff we dealt with were also extremely helpful and not pushy. This is our second vehicle purchased with Lou Bachrodt and I would not hesitate to purchase here again!

I took my vehicle to Rogers Auto Group in Chicago, IL because the screen for the back-up camera was glitching. The radio otherwise worked fine. When I retrieved my car, they said there are no parts to fix the screen because they are backordered. After I left, I discovered the screen was now black and the radio would not come on. I returned to the service department only to be told it was "broken when you brought it in" and there is nothing they could do. They refused to accept responsibility for returning my vehicle worse than when I brought it in. Despite showing a video captured today displaying the problem (but also distinct in the video is a functioning screen) prior to dropping off the car, they dismissed me without help. I also asked them if the vehicle was safe to drive in this condition and they said "of course", despite the fact that backing up without this camera may be dangerous. The service director then got involved, and he was very dismissive and patronizing.

This is an update to my prior 1 star review.
After I left this review and the same one on other sites, I got a call from the General Manager at Castle. We had a very nice conversation in which I felt like I was finally speaking to a colleague in the business. He completely understood my point of view and agreed that in this case, there was enough fault on the service department to justify my request for the refund of my $100 extended warranty deductible. He also offered to refund me money to cover the cost of the relays that I bought myself to actually fix the concern. I told him that was not necessary since the relays would not have been covered by my extended warranty and I would have had to pay for them anyway. However, just today I received the check from Castle for the deductible and the cost of the relays. At this point, its not even about the money being returned, its about the fact that I actually was able to speak to a person who actually cares about his business. Its still upsetting that I had to go this far in order to reach someone who actually is in the business of caring about client satisfaction, but at least I got there. I appreciate the time he spent to handle this matter for me. I am changing my original rating, and not because I got my money back, but because I found that there is someone at Castle who actually cares. Thanks Corey.

I purchased my vehicle back in June 2021, Bryan was helpful with the sale! Less than 24hrs after we got home with the vehicle, the backup camera went out. Yes they fixed it but not without a struggle.. The receipt states that the camera wasn't broken but fixed for customer.
We had an agreement with them that was NOT held on their part and it caused my bank acct to go negative. I contacted the Used Sales Manager Micheal on a Saturday. He said he would call me back Monday with an answer..... As usual here we are Wednesday the following week and NO PHONE CALL. Very unhappy with the dealership and can promise we won't be back.
