He was not pushy (we had been to a couple places that were beforehand), and he did everything he could to help us out. We love our vehicle, but you can honestly find a vehicle you love anywhere. So I bought a 2011 Chevy Corvette in March 2019. When I first got it home I realized the convertible top wouldn’t automatically go down sometimes. I called the dealership and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I didn’t have the problem every time letter the top up just sometimes, so I thought it was no big deal. Well not to long ago the convertible top frame completely broke. I took it to the dealership and they tell me the warranty only covers the motor. I was extremely angered by this because they store their corvettes outside in the rain, sleet, and snow. So what that does is brings rust to the frame of the corvette convertible. Now I only had this car for less then 6 months and the frame is completely broken. Now I’m looking for a auto repair shop to look at it. The lowest estimate I received was 1600$. The dealership couldn’t help me at all. They made me drive 50miles to them just for them to tell me that the frame is not covered under warranty. They was not friendly the time I walked into their dealership. But I had to have this certain corvette. I’m not satisfied with their service not one bit. So if you get a warranty from them make sure you know what’s covered in it.

Worst car buying experience ever. A tree fell on my Denali and we needed to get a car really fast. Zigler had one advertised for my specs but when I drove down there the rep told me it was no longer available one of the salesman used it as his. He had a Cadillac Escalade which I bought. I have not even had the car six months and it has cost me almost $2000 in repairs and they have no warranty for used cars. This is ridiculous. The service people are rude and have have no empathy for customer issues.

My experience buying a vehicle here started well enough but in the end it left a bitter taste in my mouth. The "Everyone's Price" listed on their website is accurate in that they don't include any incentives for which a lot of people may not qualify - college grad, military, etc. What they don't tell you until they present the full pricing breakdown is that there's an additional $400 worth of "accessories" including a VIN etch and nitrogen tire fill that they won't remove. Honestly, I would have preferred that they simply increased the price shown on the website by $400 and not tacked on this other stuff in the first place. When I told the dealership's general manager about this after he reached out to me to thank me for the business, I did not receive any sort of reply. I brought the matter up to my salesperson who said she would get in touch with the GM, but I still did not get any response.
I had forgotten to ask that the window sticker be included with the vehicle I purchased. My salesperson said she would obtain a copy from GM. A few days later, one of the sales managers left me a message about it. I left him a message with my address asking him to drop it in the mail, which would save me a trip up there. No response. I emailed my salesperson not once, but twice, attempting to follow up on this matter. Again, no response. They did eventually receive the sticker and mail it to me, so for that I am grateful, but that still doesn't excuse the radio silence from my salesperson.
In the end, I still believe I got a fair deal on the vehicle I purchased. Napleton Crystal Lake was the only dealership within a 6-hour radius that had a model with the exact features and color I wanted. While my initial experience with the salesperson and finance manager were good, the overall lack of follow through will have me taking my future sales and service business elsewhere.

I took my wife’s car for a new clutch at the beginning of the year (March)and today I still have a transmission fluid leak that I never had before. I tried to resolve the issues, yes there was more than one throughout the year with my service writer, service manager,(worthless) owner and finally with the general manager who at one time acted like he really cared but the last thing I hear from him was I will get back to you on Tuesday but he never told me which week which month or which year Tuesday since it’s been over four weeks since he told me that. It is obvious that these people will not take responsibility of a bad job performed on my car. All I can tell you is stay away from the service department and if you don’t all I can say is, “ I told you so.”
