So they came, picked up my truck at work, took it to the shop and fixed it, then brought it back to me at work. It was a life saver and I didn't even need to take a day off work. with 419000 miles on my 2017 QX80 my transmission finally went out. Lucky I bought the unlimited mileage 8 year wrap. New transmission was covered and because I did all my required services with the dealership the process was easy, Service manage and the owners have my full respect and lets see if I can get this truck another 400k miles. Its hard trying believe that a Dealership will stand by your side when it comes to high mileage vehicles but this dealership has been good to my family for years.
