Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful - even those not directly involved in our deal (a big shout out to Pat Garrett, who is one of the best people you'll ever meet, and David O'Daniel who worked hard to get us a shockingly good interest rate). Our salesman, Luis Parreno, was helpful, and knowledgeable, and provided the most pleasant shopping experience we've ever had when looking for a car. We always dread car shopping, but now we're looking forward to going back.

Alan was wonderful to work with. We kept him past his normal hours and he never made us feel rushed. With 6pm closing times we found it hard with work to get there but he always stayed. He helped us negotiate a good deal on our new used car and get a fair deal for our trade in. I wish the sales manager would have come out and introduced himself and worked with Alan and us to save some back and forth time. Zachary in the finance department was also very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us finish the process. We did end up adding on the warranty thanks to Zachary helping us see the value. We were very happy with the service and purchase of our new car. We would highly recommend Alan and the Ed Martin Nissan dealership.

Great Experience from start to finish! We went in to look for a larger SUV and decided to test drive a few. Sam was the Salesman that we worked with and he was Fantastic! He had patience with us as we looked at several vehicles- it was extremely cold outside which didn't make it enjoyable but he didn't complain! He was very open about the process, worked a great deal with us and was never pushy! We will be back to Sam for any of our new vehicles needs! The Finance Manager, Mike, was also great! He went through everything with us step by step and was easy to talk to! Stanley will be our go to from now on!
