I had originally started working with Tyler, he was great to work with but he just happened to be off when I came to pick up my new Jeep. I was pleasantly greeted by Thomas, the sales manager. Shortly after I was introduced to Scott to help set up connective service. Scott was amazing to deal with, from the time I started speaking to him to the time I left, Thomas, the sales manager and Darlene, the finance manager were also incredible to work with. They were all more than happy to answer any questions I had, and gave me quick and accurate answers. I had expected to be there much longer than I actually was. Thank you all so much for your help!

So many dealerships to service Honda's but Sports Honda is top tier. They have some of the best service providers in the DMV. On the recent visit had a emergency that needed to be fixed. Another company NTB lost my tire lock key which was a a lock several companies never seen before. Took it to Sports Honda and they sent it to an expert who took two days to get the locks off. When I say Im a customer for life. Not just because if this it's pass service with them. This is my third car purchased from them always excellent service.

I had my 2026 Honda Passport serviced today at Hagerstown Honda. Everything was great. I also had an accessory Homelink interior mirror installed. Installation was excellent, the Homelink works perfectly with my garage door. The time taken for both was very reasonable and the price too. The staff is very friendly and professional. I received text messages for my appointment and for any questions during my visit. The dealership is very clean. I live about 74 miles from the dealership, but they accommodated me because of the distance. I purchased my 2026 Honda Passport from this dealership. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. I came in looking for a reliable car and wasn’t pressured at all. The staff was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. My salesperson Kevin Walker explained everything clearly, from pricing to financing options, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. The process was smooth and much faster than I expected, and there were no hidden surprises. Their General Manager Martin Simon is very knowledgeable and did everything he can so I get a great deals.

Out of all the Kia dealerships I contacted he’s the only one who provided me with the numbers I requested, had the best price, and was true to his word when I arrived. He had the car cleaned, charged, and ready for my arrival parked out front. He took the time to go over features I didn’t know I cared about till he showed me. He was honest and timely. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience - and that’s coming from somebody with extremely high expectations on how business should be conducted.

I have a 2022 Chey Silverado 2500 HD. I took my truck to a different dealership three times for a transmission fluid leak. The other dealership was not successful at repairing it. I called Brandon Plakas at Criswell Chevrolet. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having. I made an appointment and took the truck in on 04/01/26. Criswell Chevrolet's Service Department was able to diagnose the problem and repair my truck. While my truck was in the shop, I was given a very nice loaner vehicle to drive. The whole process was very smooth. There was good communication from the service department. I felt as if they really cared about fixing my truck and making sure it was done right. I would highly recommend this dealership.
