I had originally started working with Tyler, he was great to work with but he just happened to be off when I came to pick up my new Jeep. I was pleasantly greeted by Thomas, the sales manager. Shortly after I was introduced to Scott to help set up connective service. Scott was amazing to deal with, from the time I started speaking to him to the time I left, Thomas, the sales manager and Darlene, the finance manager were also incredible to work with. I came here twice once earlier part of this week and today the first time I came, I was greeted by a guy, even though it was a very hot day. He offered me to test drive the car that I was looking at. I told him I will come back at the door a little research. I realize the car that I was at their lot I put in my application in the very next day Mr. Ron contact me He brought me in so that I can test drive the car and see if that’s really the car for me. I love it. I never had a salesman who took his times and show me all the features of the car. He was very polite and friendly. Thank you Mr. Ron I will be returning.

I called in with an Emissions System Problem; Kevin answered my call and I took my car in a few hours later. He was just amazing. It is scary when something happens to your vehicle and having someone work with you through all the details, makes everything much calmer. It was my first time at this Honda dealership, when I entered, I was taken to the service parts, met with Kevin and he helped me understand all the steps that was about to happen. I left my vehicle and he arranged transport for me to return home. Called me within 2hrs with updates and the next day my car was back. He was kind, friendly, amazing at his job and I felt I could trust him. I have had so many bad experiences and endless problems at other dealerships, but this was just the best.
