Shortly after I was introduced to Scott to help set up connective service. Scott was amazing to deal with, from the time I started speaking to him to the time I left, Thomas, the sales manager and Darlene, the finance manager were also incredible to work with. We've been a Subaru Outback family for decades.. so there was little other option when we needed another vehicle for our new driver. The Crosstrek provided all the safety, security and longevity that we needed - so when I told Matt I was interested in a used Crosstrek with low mileage, single owner but most importantly: GOOD SERVICE RECORDS - he quickly found a few that would work for our family. Of course, I chose one that he didn't have on the lot but he was able to quickly retrieve it for us to test out within 30 minutes. Of course it fit everything I asked for.
