I had originally started working with Tyler, he was great to work with but he just happened to be off when I came to pick up my new Jeep. I was pleasantly greeted by Thomas, the sales manager. Shortly after I was introduced to Scott to help set up connective service. Scott was amazing to deal with, from the time I started speaking to him to the time I left, Thomas, the sales manager and Darlene, the finance manager were also incredible to work with. They were all more than happy to answer any questions I had, and gave me quick and accurate answers. I had expected to be there much longer than I actually was. Thank you all so much for your help!

So many dealerships to service Honda's but Sports Honda is top tier. They have some of the best service providers in the DMV. On the recent visit had a emergency that needed to be fixed. Another company NTB lost my tire lock key which was a a lock several companies never seen before. Took it to Sports Honda and they sent it to an expert who took two days to get the locks off. When I say Im a customer for life. Not just because if this it's pass service with them. This is my third car purchased from them always excellent service.

I called in with an Emissions System Problem; Kevin answered my call and I took my car in a few hours later. He was just amazing. It is scary when something happens to your vehicle and having someone work with you through all the details, makes everything much calmer. It was my first time at this Honda dealership, when I entered, I was taken to the service parts, met with Kevin and he helped me understand all the steps that was about to happen. I left my vehicle and he arranged transport for me to return home. Called me within 2hrs with updates and the next day my car was back. He was kind, friendly, amazing at his job and I felt I could trust him. I have had so many bad experiences and endless problems at other dealerships, but this was just the best. Big thank you to Kevin Guthe. As for the other guys taking my vehicle and transporting me to and from the dealership, you'll are the best. Thank you'll for making my experience a good one. I was treated very well during my service appointment. In particular, the service tech who performed/supervised the work on my car, Stefano Rinaldi, took as much time as I needed as he explained the condition of my car. When I was about to leave I mentioned that I wasn't able to connect my new Apple I-Phone to the car. Stefano stopped the paperwork he was working on, came out to my car, and hooked up my phone to the car. It was an incredibly kind and decent thing for him to do.

I stopped in on an evening night and Scott had a car with everything I had asked for ready and waiting to test drive. He did not pressure me at all but showed me the best numbers they could offer. My husband came back a few days later to drive it. Again, no pressure. The third time we cam back we bought a new CRV. Scott was great. Not only did he get a car with everything we were looking for but rather than playing the "new car buying game" and negotiating numbers he brought bought fair numbers the first time and cut out all the hassle. Much appreciated! I hate buying a care but Scott made it fun.
