Duron was patient and kind and helped figure out financial package that we didn't understand. Jordan set up our cell phones in the vehicle. We realize we have to use the technology to really understand it but I am very intimidated by it all and alarmed that so much learning is done on the screen. Both Duron and Jordon were very friendly and receptive to letting us call with questions. My husband and I both realize we should probably have had one of our children help us make such a big purchase.

Took my Outback in Tuesday morning for initial diagnosis. - WBENEKE

Took my Outback in Tuesday morning for initial diagnosis. Once problem was found, they needed to keep car overnight, so Cameron arranged for a loaner car that turned out to be a new 2025 Outback with 7 miles on it when I left the dealership. Received notification on Wednesday late afternoon that my car was ready. I live too far away to get it Wednesday. Picked it up Thursday morning. Problem seems to be resolved. Warranty covered repair costs. Subaru could have sent me home in my outback until parts arrived then had me return and wait while they installed them. They were courteous enough to do the loaner car so I didn't have to spend too much time waiting at the dealership.
