The place was very clean and workers were nice. There were no chairs cause there were so many customers and a worker offered me his chair (I had a 7 month old baby with me too) and he had to stand while greeting people. Also an employee Carla Deluca-Irizarry saw that my daughter was getting restless and “pushed” my Tacoma to get the work done sooner, than later. I was there about an hour instead of the 1.5 - 2 hours as normal. I left well before people that were there before me. I was surprised by the generosity. Recommend this place.

Quickly looked up my information and went over the service I would be receiving under my Toyota care plan.
He even discussed that my vehicle had a recall part and assured me to call in about a week and an appt would be set up to return.
The service was quick and the waiting room was nice cool clean with social distancing protocol in place
