This was a great car buying experience for our 2026 Kona. Keith McCullers took great care of us as did LaMar Gresham. They were patient with us as we looked at several vehicles and test drove several as well. Got a very fair trade-in allowance.

The greeters when I pulled up my car were not exactly rushing to say hello so that could have been a little better but after that everything was perfect. They explained that they had to order the parts and they don't usually work on Mercedes but the service department absolutely did a fabulous job. I love the video of the underneath of my car even though I didn't know what I was looking at they explained everything and said that my car was in ship shape. They always do a good job when I come here and I will continue to do so

I had been searching high and low for the perfect Palisade—right color, right features, everything. When I finally found one online, I left a message, hoping it would still be available. The next morning, I got a call from Said Hashemi, and right away, he made the process feel effortless. He had already pulled the car out for me and even recorded a full video tour, walking me through every detail like he was right there with me. Since I live two hours away, he promised to be my eyes and ears, making sure everything was right. That level of care really stood out, and honestly, the car looked even better than I expected. That day was crazy busy for me, but Said was on top of everything—answering my questions, checking on my concerns, and keeping me updated. The second I wrapped up a client, he had my answers ready, which made the back-and-forth super easy. By midday, I knew this was the car for me, and even though I was crunched for time, he told me to come pick it up and assured me we'd get everything handled quickly. When I arrived, I took the car for a drive, and wow—it was even better on the road than it looked in the video. But I only had three hours before I had to be back in Baltimore, and time was tight. This is where Said and Mohammad in finance really stepped up. My main concern was my monthly payment, and Mohammad worked with me until we found something that made sense for my budget. And then—something I’ve never experienced at a dealership—Mohammad promised to have me out in 30 minutes, and guess what? He did it! In less than an hour, I was on my way home with my dream car, no stress, no hassle. The whole process was smooth, quick, and honestly enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about Said—he went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed, and because of that, I’ll be coming back to work with him for my next car. Thank Guys!

Reference: Maintenance Department: to date, they have provided great service in a timely manner! The service advisor was very friendly and customer focused; always providing timely updates on the vehicles status! Now, in reference to the sales department: although I was not dealing with the sales department, while sitting in the waiting area, I over heard one Hispanic sales representative mocking the customer that he was speaking too on the phone with another Hispanic sales rep, stating words to the effect: “these hillbillies (in Spanish) are ignorant and boasting about taking advantage of them for all that they can get” because they were ignorant! Being of Hispanic decent, I found this very disturbing and unprofessional to say the least and so did my wife who is an Hispanic medical doctor!

Over the past three years, l've purchased three vehicles from her, and I want to share my experience because it's been nothing short of amazing. Some people think salespeople are sharks, but Asli proves that wrong. She's originally from Turkey and has a unique way of making every interaction enjoyable. She's incredibly accommodating, super friendly, makes you laugh, and is always trustworthy and professional. I'm not sure if it's her upbringing, her training at Casey Honda, or just her personality, but there's definitely something special about her! Thanks to Asli, Casey Honda has become one of my favorite places. Every referral l've sent her way has had the same outstanding experience, and she's never let me down.
