Kearns agreed to fix somethings and drove the car to Milwaukee to meet me coming from Chicago. One of the items was still not working when I accepted delivery. I had it repaired at my facility and Kearns promptly reimbursed me at my cost. They were true to their word. Good people all around. Chris from the Body Shop located the parts quickly.He got an approval from American Family Insurance on what needed to be repaired and what the cost would be.He Set up an estimate and told me exactly when I could bring it in to get it completed. He set me up with a nice clean loaner with a full tank of gas. I was extremely happy with how the repair turned out on my van. The whole process was easy, fast and their work was second to none. I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. Lots of storage, and options available in the market place and thru the dealer for personalization. Feels solid on the road. I love that the rear windows open completely and there are plenty of airbags for safety.
