Worst experience of my Life. I am mentally disabled and they took my car. I ended up with a 13,000 dollar loan for a subaru with 14800.00 miles on it. They stole m y car . They pressured me to buy it in every way. At 63, and on a fixed income.... this has changed my whole Life. Don t go here. Seth, Ethan , Shawn and Allan work as a team to get you to buy. I m still crying over my experience here.

Worth your time - we ended up not buying here as they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. Dan in particular was awesome! He talked for a while with us about Armada trims, even though he knew they didn’t have what we were looking for on their lot. We ended up taking that advice and buying it at another local dealer that had what we were looking for (‘22 Armada SL). We liked these guys so much that we came back here to look for another car we were purchasing but they didn’t end up going with the Nissan product this time.

After being left in a pinch to look for a vehicle that fit my criteria and budget, I thankfully found multiple listings from their website that checked out. All their vehicles were in pristine condition and were extremely affordable - well under Kelly Bluebooks recommended value! I visited the Rochester location and throughout the whole process felt at ease of how professionally and carefully everything was handled. Huge xxxxxxto the detailer- every vehicle I drove looked brand new inside and out! Rebecca and Todd were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel safe in trusting them in such a big decision. In addition to the car being priced extremely well for its value, they were extremely reasonable when working out a price that fit my budget. I had to stay in the building after hours in order to add my car to my insurance, and they were more than accommodating, letting me stay as long as needed. Plus, I also left with a nice goodie bag! I never once felt rushed, stressed, or pressured throughout my entire time there which was unlike anything I had experienced at other dealerships. When you’re making the decision of purchasing a long term investment like a car, it’s beyond reassuring to have people in control of the process that work with you and not just for a commission check. I am so grateful I came across this dealership and highly highly recommend driving over and taking a look at what they have to offer.
