This store was fabulous. I decided on the car I wanted. I called and spoke to Gene, the general manager, who gave me a great price over the phone. No haggle. Excellent price. I told him I wanted the car. He told me what documents he needed, plus he texted me a credit app. I completed the credit app, secured the documents and insurance and my wife and I went there at 3. Paul showed my wife the car and set up her Bluetooth and the Subaru app. Darlene handled the finance paperwork like a pro. We drove off in our new Outback at 4. Henry, the car salesman was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to go through all of the numbers with me and made sure I clearly understood everything before moving forward. I never felt any pressure at all, (which made the whole experience that much better). Matt the product specialist was fantastic. He took his time walking me through the car and explaining all of the features so I was confident with everything before leaving. They both made sure all of my questions were answered and didn’t rush through anything. At the end of my visit, the boss Simon stopped in to personally make sure everything about my experience was going well and that I was happy with everything.
