Unfortunately my 60k mile 2021 Tucson needed a new transmission already, but with the 100,000 10 year power train warranty, Benny in the service department helped me tremendously with all the necessary paperwork. I had such a great experience at Nissan of Bayshore and truly appreciated how friendly and professional everyone was throughout the entire process. Henry, the car salesman was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to go through all of the numbers with me and made sure I clearly understood everything before moving forward. I never felt any pressure at all, (which made the whole experience that much better). Matt the product specialist was fantastic. He took his time walking me through the car and explaining all of the features so I was confident with everything before leaving. They both made sure all of my questions were answered and didn’t rush through anything. At the end of my visit, the boss Simon stopped in to personally make sure everything about my experience was going well and that I was happy with everything. Overall I am very grateful for their help and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car 10/10 ⭐️ will definitely be returning when my daughter is ready to drive!

Jeff Davis (sales manager) and Brandon Russel (salesman) were amazing and made sure all my questions were answered and I was absolutely comfortable. Marianne spent at least an hour with us going over every system and option in the car, which was great. And Alan in finance spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood every option available but was never pushy at all. Honestly my best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. I purchased a 2026 Ioniq 5 SEL at the end of April. Ed Brightman was my sales representative. I HATE dealing with high pressure dealers who waste my time. By the time I found Ed and Riverhead Hyundai, I had interacted with several dealers, who all gave me the usual hassle; they had to talk to their managers, couldn't give me ANY idea of pricing without a visit to the showroom, where I would invariably spend several hours. But Ed Brightman and Riverhead Hyundai were different. Ed was great to work with; we had a deal literally in one short morning of a few emails and a couple of no hassle phone calls. Ed was very transparent with pricing and the whole thing came together quite easily. The car came in a week later and was waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. The business office was professional and the car had been well- prepped and beautifully presented. Ed Brightman and Riverhead Hyundai were certainly worth the 30 mile trip! I highly recommend them.
