I had been searching high and low for the perfect Palisade—right color, right features, everything. When I finally found one online, I left a message, hoping it would still be available. The next morning, I got a call from Said Hashemi, and right away, he made the process feel effortless. He had already pulled the car out for me and even recorded a full video tour, walking me through every detail like he was right there with me. Since I live two hours away, he promised to be my eyes and ears, making sure everything was right. That level of care really stood out, and honestly, the car looked even better than I expected. That day was crazy busy for me, but Said was on top of everything—answering my questions, checking on my concerns, and keeping me updated. The second I wrapped up a client, he had my answers ready, which made the back-and-forth super easy. By midday, I knew this was the car for me, and even though I was crunched for time, he told me to come pick it up and assured me we'd get everything handled quickly. When I arrived, I took the car for a drive, and wow—it was even better on the road than it looked in the video. But I only had three hours before I had to be back in Baltimore, and time was tight. This is where Said and Mohammad in finance really stepped up. My main concern was my monthly payment, and Mohammad worked with me until we found something that made sense for my budget. And then—something I’ve never experienced at a dealership—Mohammad promised to have me out in 30 minutes, and guess what? He did it! In less than an hour, I was on my way home with my dream car, no stress, no hassle. The whole process was smooth, quick, and honestly enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about Said—he went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed, and because of that, I’ll be coming back to work with him for my next car. Thank Guys!

This is the fourth Porsche that I have purchased from Porsche Arlington. The first two (‘19 Cayenne e-hybrid, ‘21 911 Turbo S) were when I was living in Alexandria, and the experience was so good that I bought the next one (‘23 Taycan GTS) while living in California (and took delivery at the LA Porsche Experience Center) and the current one (‘25 Taycan GTS) after moving to NY State - the sales process and the people involved are that good. Porsche Arlington ships cars everywhere in the U.S., but I took delivery in VA so my wife and I could visit our friends in the area, and I wanted to speak to the team I had worked with in the past: General Manager, Michael Nguyen; General Sales Manager, Victor Coronel; Sales Manager, Kody Wood; Finance Director, Donald Kim and for the first time on this visit Brand Ambassador, Abdu Rahman Quatarra. Here’s the thing—these gentlemen worked together to coordinate the transaction in a seamless and professional manner. Credit to the senior managers for creating a great business environment for the customer. It’s about “the tone at the top”. My wife and I noticed that there was a lot of energy at the dealership among employees and customers. Regardless of where I’m living, Porsche Arlington will be my source of future Porsche automobiles - the only brand in our garage!
