I recently (09. - TonySCX5

I recently (09.28.26) leased a 2026 Mazda CX-5 Select AWD from Coconut Creek Mazda, and the entire experience was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Before visiting, I laid out a strict sign-and-drive requirement along with a specific monthly payment that I needed to hit. Our initial discussion via emails and texts (Thanks Moe!) allowed us to agree on these terms beforehand, which made the process incredibly transparent and stress-free. The final decision was made at the dealership, where my salesperson, Leighton Drummond, took fantastic care of me. Leighton fully honored our preliminary agreement and guided me through the final steps without a single ounce of pressure. During the test drive, Leighton explained a wealth of details about the vehicle and answered all of my questions with an impressive, thorough knowledge of the car. He really took the time to make sure I understood all the features and capabilities of the vehicle before making my choice. The dealership itself has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, made even better by the calming reggae music playing in the background. It completely took the usual stress out of leasing a car and made the whole environment feel welcoming and laid-back. What truly blew me away, though, was how Leighton went above and beyond after the deal was done. It was late evening by the time I drove away in my new car, and I realized I had forgotten my toll transponder and garage door opener inside my trade-in vehicle. Even though the dealership was already closed, Leighton waited out by the locked doors until I returned at 9:45 PM just to make sure I could safely retrieve my belongings. As for the CX-5 Select AWD, it is an absolute dream to drive—the cabin feels incredibly premium, and the all-wheel-drive handling keeps it feeling perfectly planted on the road. If you want a straightforward, respectful, and genuinely pleasant car-buying experience with a salesperson who truly cares about his customers, go see Leighton Drummond at Coconut Creek Mazda!

I recently purchased a Volvo, and although I have - knjbuck

I recently purchased a Volvo, and although I have financed many cars over the years, I have never had an experience quite like the one I had with Kelvin Mendez. From the very beginning, Kelvin went above and beyond to help me. I am usually very cautious and skeptical when it comes to financing and making sure I understand exactly what I am paying for. Kelvin took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with incredible patience, and worked hard to find every posst was his honesty, professionalism, and dedication. He researched every option thoroughly and found opportunities and benefits that I never would have discovered on my own. His knowledge and attention to detail were truly outstanding. I even brought my husband with me, and it became a family joke that I trusted Kelvin's advice more than my husband's! Kelvin did such an amazing job that my husband actually started considering buying a Volvo himself after seeing all the benefits Kelvin was able to secure for me. Kelvin is an incredible asset to Volvo. His customer service, expertise, patience, and commitment to his clients are second to none. I am extremely grateful for everything he did for me and could not be happier with my experience. Thank you, Kelvin! If you have the opportunity to work with him, I highly recommend seeking his advice and assistance. You will be in excellent hands.

Starting up a hot shot business and visited five other dealerships and communicated with probably an additional five on the phone. Cheyenne, our sales woman was amazing! Alex in financing, Manager Arturo and all the way up to the GM Dimitri were a pleasure to work with. NO high pressure AT ALL And receive the best OUT THE DOOR PRICE. I would highly recommend this dealership in your considerations to buy a vehicle. DO NOT Mistake this dealership for Arrigo at Sawgrass, they are HORRIBLE! THANK YOU, ARRIGO MARGATE

Andres is just not a helpful representative. - Twp9999

Andres is just not a helpful representative. He would rather argue than sell a car. Does not answer questions about the vehicle. This guy writes endless emails about wanting to talk on the phone but does not answer a question. You know the type...if I tell you the answer up front you may not come down to be talked into a different vehicle. I have bought 10 cars from the dealership and have my vehicles serviced and they have great people. This guy just lost a sale on teh last day of the month for them
