Upon checkout, I received a copy of the list of everything the technicians checked. There was no cost, as the repair was still covered under warranty. I will definitely return to Palmetto 57 for future service to my VW!

After weeks of calls, quotes, and spending hours at other dealerships only to be disappointed with bait and switch tactics, this was finally the experience we had been hoping for. Thomas, the BDC Manager, gave us a realistic quote over the phone and honored it exactly as promised when we arrived. No games, no surprises, just honesty and professionalism from the start. Once we got to the dealership, Syncia showed us the Kia K4 we wanted, and the entire buying process was smooth, easy, and seamless. Al in finance was also a pleasure to work with and made everything simple and stress free. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. From the first phone call to signing the papers and driving off in my new car only took a couple of hours. After such frustrating experiences elsewhere, Phil Smith Kia was a breath of fresh air. I could not be happier with the entire process and highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a new car.

After negotiating with 2 other VW dealers I found Gunther VW using True Car. Gunther’s first offer was lower than the previous offers after back and forth negotiations with the previous dealers They made there first and best offer right away without me having to haggle with them like the first 2 dealerships. After seeing the offer from Gunther one of the first dealerships now said they would like an opportunity to match or beat the offer from Gunther. By this point, I just appreciated that Oscar from Gunther gave me the best price he could right from the beginning and the price didn’t depend on my ability to talk them down. Oscar showed me he was dealing in good faith and I didn’t bother to offer the other dealer to match. Gunther earned my business and I made the purchase today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They handled most of the paperwork before I arrived and all together it only took a little over an hour to close the deal and get the car detailed, fueled up and ready to go. Great experience all around. Thank you Oscar. You were polite, funny and a pleasure to deal with.

This guy writes endless emails about wanting to talk on the phone but does not answer a question. You know the type...if I tell you the answer up front you may not come down to be talked into a different vehicle. I have bought 10 cars from the dealership and have my vehicles serviced and they have great people. This guy just lost a sale on teh last day of the month for them
