I Purchased a used 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit on 7/21/25 and after six weeks of ownership I can honestly say I am truly happy with my purchase. Not only did I leave with a great vehicle, but I received impeccable service that was up front and straight forward from my salesman Terrell Harden, this was the deciding factor that made me not want to think about it and come back but rather go ahead with the transaction right away. I walked in with a trade at 10am and Terrell had my trade sorted and my new financing arranged on the purchase by 1pm and I was out of the dealership in a Freshley detailed purchase by 1:30. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Terrell and Arrigo of Margate to anyone who is in the market.

I can speak of my experience with the service department. I've been there twice and Christian was the person who checked me in and out . The wait time was appropriate for what I had done. The waiting room was fairly comfortable. I was offered a snack and they have water in the refrigerators. A nice park is they will wash the exterior of your car before you leave if you'd like. I would recommend Delray Kia for any of your service needs.

With 175K + miles my Element is still safely going about town with my son driving the car that took him to preschool. My Passport is also continuing the same great ownership experience. Bought my G4 almost yr ago. Amazingly i have 15k miles on it. All i have done is pit gas in and two oilchanges which have been complimentary. I must have owned 30 cars in my lifetime, including some expensive ones 911s, and i can't say this is 'the best' lol, but IT IS the best considering price. Incredible fun to drive, does 70+ hwy easily, Doesn't use gas, or so seems. I like it so much i've decked out interior w seat covers Miami Dolphin colors. Just great car. The buying experience was great, but the service experience even better. On the highway in freak occurrence one of my grill panels was pulled outby piece of truck tire. Replaced total cost like 50 bucks. No charge installation. Incredible. Who does that? They got me in/out in 15 mins. Another dealer would have taken advantage of situation. Kudos for honesty and integrity. They have a client for sure now. Shout out to partd dept i think Rafael, Danny the front desk i think who 5star all way. You honestly don't find that kind of service anymore. Thank you!!!

My car was recently and I desperately needed a car but I did not want to get into car payments again. So the perfect used car was the answer which I’ve never had to do and felt really confused and intimidated. Looking for cars online began a barrage of texts with ads and offers. One of them was CarLux and it did pique my attention so I planned to go some day. Ironically I happened to turn around and go check it out even though I hadn’t received my insurance money. Just looking. Anthony showed me an Encore I loved but was above my budget. I went back when I had the cash ready to purchase something. David, a most polite, kind and patient young man showed me a few cards that could fall within my budget. When it was time to choose I was still set on the Encore. That’s when manager Lorenzo stepped in who had told me “when you have the money come back I’ll work with you.” Well he did… He worked on the numbers and came back with an offer that suited my needs and I drove off with my beautiful Buick Encore..!! Everyone there was attentive, patient. No pressure. And all assuring me I would be pleased with the outcome. I was there for quite a while since paperwork, tags and even connected me with insurance connections and found me a great policy and price. The whole day was a pleasant experience and I’d like to give a special mention Lorenzo, Anthony, David, Stefanie as well all others there who’s name I can’t remember but just as pleasant.
