The moment the exact car we wanted got traded in, she called us right away to let us know what info she did have on it. What really stood out was how genuine and down-to-earth she was — no sales gimmicks, just straight-up honest, person-to-person communication. We also worked with Nic and Taylor throughout the process, and they were both great to work with as well - the entire experience was way less stressful than normal car shopping.
