Dealership was very inviting and at the same time very personal when discussing our Highlander with Peter Soloman. Details were explained to us in a friendly way and our questions addressed completely. Really, everyone was there to help and that was much appreciated. After arriving at our out the door price all recalls were to be updated later and Peter even wanted to deal our Highlander to our home in Findlay Ohio. What service!! The extended warranty was adjusted to meet our concerns making us feel more secure in knowing that our Highlander could be maintained in good order. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thanks.

Last trip to the service department was because my tailgate would not open and they fixed it in 2 minutes, again no charge. I’m on my 2nd Highlander & 2008 & 2018 and in the market for a hybrid.
