Where, do I start?! It took me two visits and I was sold. My sales persons was Diana Hernandez and she was amazing! The first day I went in I didn't do any research, so I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for in a car. I knew the make and model I wanted, but didn’t look into what that dealer had in inventory. Diana asked me all the right questions such as my price range, color preference, and some feature preferences I had in mind. She was very patient with me because I’m a very indecisive person. But I didn’t want to just settle for anything that day or rush my decision. I went home and browse their inventory on their website. I returned two weeks later and Diana and I sat down and went back through my options and I shared with her my top three favorites I saw on their inventory site. Out of the three only one had a panoramic sunroof. And I knew that was just one of the features I had to have! Diana pulled the car and went took it for a spin (test drive). I loved it soon as I stepped foot into the car. It was everything I want and more! I wasn’t really crazy on the color of the car but the vehicle was so beautiful inside and out I know the color wasn’t that big of a deal and I could deal with it. And now after 24 hours the color has grew on me and I love the car even more. The color is what makes my vehicle more unique! Overall I’m very happy with my new car, and the staff at Momentum Volkswagen are amazing! Thank you to Diana Hernandez and her manager Adrian Rodriguez. These two was so helpful and patient with me. They also answered so many of my questions and broke down a lot of things I didn’t know about car buying. We went over a lot in those 3 hours I was there. All the information they shared was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable! I felt like I didn’t just do business or made a deal at Momentum Volkswagen, I felt like I made new friends there. I’m very thankful and happy with my new Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport, THANK YOU Momentum Volkswagen! You’ll are the best, keep up the great work and awesome customer service/support.
