Fisher Acura is a wonderful dealership to work with! We I live in Montana so we have to go out of state to an Acura dealership. After finding the exact car and color we were looking for, we started the process of getting it. Michael Williams is a great salesman and we were able to do everything by phone, text, and email. Everything went smoothly and the car was ready to go when we got to the dealership. Michael showed us all the features of the car, and it wasn’t long before we were heading home in our new TLX. I had wanted to get a couple of car-specific accessories and the parts department was very helpful. Both things were in stock, saving me from ordering and paying shipping. Overall it was a great experience, and we highly recommend Fisher Acura!

I have been coming to this dealership since 2017. It is hands-down the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I trust them to be honest with me about whatever is going on with my vehicles. I cannot say enough about their customer service over the years. They are doing it right! It is almost like an fun outing for me to take my car in. I can either choose to wait in the waiting area they have -which is lovely, or be dropped off in Boulder somewhere by their shuttle service and picked up when I am ready. I drive up from downtown Denver and it is totally worth the drive.

Joseph listened attentively to what mattered most to us in functionality, comfort, and price, and helped us to find many options that would be a good fit for us. We had a list of some we were interested in and he recommended some others that would fit the ticket well. He was so patient and informative as we test drove countless cars! Seriously, this guy is like a walking car encyclopedia! But also, isn't afraid to look something up if he's not sure, which rarely happens. It felt like car shopping with your cool uncle who knows everything about cars and is looking out for you. Can't recommend enough asking for Joseph when you need your next car!! He can pull almost any car from another Autonation location, so it's worth going here to work with him even if it's out of your way or doesn't have the car you think you might want! We wound up not finding our vehicle within Autonation's inventory, but genuinely felt badly because Joseph was that pivotal in our search! Great guy, and a wonderful ally in the often stressful and overwhelming car buying process.
