"I’ve had two cars with MAG BMW over the past three years and every time I’ve had to deal with their service department it’s been a nightmare. The communication is awful, they never set clear expectations, and you get charged for everything along the way. Anytime there’s an issue, they make it feel like it’s the customer’s fault and no manager ever takes responsibility. The whole department feels poorly run and full of excuses. I would never purchase another car from this dealership and strongly recommend avoiding them altogether"
