Lease Return - GreyYung
Brooke and Arthur were extremely nice while I was at the dealership. They explained everything clearly to me and why I was getting specific charges. They helped give me suggestions to lower my bill, which I appreciate. Thank you for your help!

First off I'm from Northern California and was driving over 450 miles during the night to the LA area because my mother was in the ICU after emergency surgery. 1/2 way through my drive something fell off a big rig and shattered my sunroof. Not only was it frightening, but now I had to get my sunroof replaced while trying to get to my mother. As soon as South Bay BMW opened, I called in desperation because I needed help asap as to what do I do. South Bay assured me they could fix my car and to drive straight to them. They promised to take care of me and my car, and get me a loaner so I could get to my mother. Willie even noticed I would need an oil service soon and asked I'd like that done as well. I was very impressed with his attentiveness to detail and empathy regarding my situation. If I lived in the area, South Bay would be the only place for me!

Best experience I had in purchasing car from a dealership! - Jonesdm28
I've given the rating because my experience here was exceptional From the very first time I viewed the website online to Robert Sanchez reaching out to me via email and my experience at the actual dealership with Dave Townsend. The attention to detail, thorough knowledge of their product and the overall personal treatment of me with answering all my questions and concerns. This is by far the best experience I've had in buying a vehicle. Normally dealerships are a hassle to deal with but this experience was hassle free.

Great service and a great deal. - Rob D
Many thanks to Jackie Gottlieb and the BMW Concord staff for a great car-buying experience. She made the experience worthwhile and nice. The 540i had everything on our list of features we wanted and the Bluestone Metallic color was a real jewel.

We had a terrific experience at BMW of San Rafael--with Peter Rennert. We bought a vehicle and leased another and were made to feel so comfortable. Trust is always an issue when buying a car and the professionalism and courtesy that we were shown highlight our experience. I cannot provide a more enthusiastic review!

The dealership I would recommend to my mother! - AP
My wife and i had a great experience leasing a new BMW 440i Gran Coupe at Center BMW. John Hizon helped us every step of the way from test drives of two different vehicles to explaining all available options to, most importantly, working with us on the price of the lease. John was pleasure to work with. He made himself available via phone and text, and he never pressured us or pushed us with unnecessary options. John's the guy you want to talk to when you go to Center BMW. We found everyone at Center BMW to be friendly and ready to assist you. As my title of the review says this is the dealership i would recommend to my mother.

Oil service and pre-purchase inspection - Jim
BMW did a good job done in a timely manner. The pre-inspection was important since I needed it to evaluate the condition of my 2000 528i with 190,000 miles on it.

People, Process, then Profit. - jmcguire
As if Palm Springs didn't have enough nostalgia to spread around, I found it where I least expected: BMW of Palm Springs.
Being a huge M car enthusiast, I'd visited the dealership casually more than a couple times due to a showroom that felt just as much as an enthusiast's collection than cars for sale... but don't be fooled. Nothing is roped off and you can sit in/get a feel for everything, regardless of sticker price.
Although I've been brand loyal to BMW since roughly 2001, the car buying process has always been a nightmare and has given me second thoughts for a month after driving off the lot; exactly the time I should be enjoying the car the most. It's almost as if BMW of Palm Springs has studied how other dealers operate and completely flipped the model. They understand that treating customers as a savings account rather than a piggy bank that gets smashed open when a sale is needed builds trust, loyalty, and actual friendships. I happened upon BMW of Palm Springs by chance, but there was no pressure to "come down and see what we have!" My salesperson (Philip Meyer) understood I was coming from San Francisco and didn't waste my time or his negotiating a final price over the phone.
Arriving at the dealership reaffirmed my previous experiences; the showroom was spotless, filled with jaw dropping cars, and even the cars on the lot were obviously built out by a team who truly loves the product they sell. Instead of being held up by one thing or another, I found myself hanging out at the dealer for an extra hour discussing M cars and the Thermal track program with Phil (if you're unfamiliar, check it out!) Truly the fastest and easiest experience I've had buying a car, and have had no worries or regrets, just enjoying the car. I'll gladly travel the ~500 miles to do business with Phil and BMW of Palm Springs again!

Unbelievably easy to work with--honest, straightforward and motivated to make the sale. We did all the negotiations on the phone and text AND they delivered the car to me on the peninsula! Don't bother with local BMW dealers--talk to these guys!
I trust this place - Nick
I'm very careful of who I service my car with and this dealership has proven to be trustworthy. I'm always kept up to date regarding the progress of my car. I usually get it back the same day. They've definitely earned my trust.

Very Shady Business Practice and Horrible First Experience - ronpaek100
Hello, I would like to start out by saying I don't normally write reviews unless I feel like my experience was really bad or exceptionally good.
I recently purchased a new 2019 440I GC BMW from internet sales manager Susan Otto @ CREVIER BMW.
I've been emailing back and forth prior to my purchase with Susan from the internet sales department. I emailed her with the specific and exact features I wanted on my BMW and she replied saying she found a car with all the features I asked for.
So I went to the dealership to check out the car and even asked if I could order the car, since I had actually wanted the car in tanzanite blue instead of the Alpine White that they had available, but wasn't sure if I'd wanted to wait 2 months.
I had asked Susan if the car had ALL the options I wanted via email that I configured on the BMW website, she said yes. I'm very disappointed to find out later that the car DID NOT have the drivers assist package on the car, though told by email that they had the car I wanted with all the options.
Why would internet sales tell me they have a car that I wanted when in fact they didn't? It appears they just wanted to make a sale and resort to lying and MISLEADING customers.
I even told Susan that day SHELLY BMW had the same car with the drivers assist package but with a different interior, different trim, and they were even offering to sell me the car for a $1000 less than CREVIER BMW, but I told her I wanted to get my car with them because I spent a lot of time with CREVIER BMW a week prior with a couple visits.
Today, as I was going through all the settings and features for the BMW I purchased, I soon realized that my car doesn't have drivers assist package, then I checked on the car sticker and surely enough it doesn't have drivers assist package.
Immediately, I emailed Susan, and all she replied was that she is sorry and that "Ultimately you are the driver in control of the car and I am sure you are a great driver" I wouldn't be as angry if this was a lease, but I'm financing the car to buy and I even made clear and told her I want all the features on my car that I asked for. I can always turn off the features I don't like but I can't add them if I want them later.
I believe this is a very shady business practice that goes on at CREVIER BMW, I'm very angry and disappointed, especially when they kept reassuring me they are the biggest and best BMW dealership of North America.
This was my first experience with CREVIER BMW and I will not be recommending anyone to do business here.
Excellent customer service - taller2016

Only if the wait was not that long - SirSJW
I have been coming here for years to service all of my BMW's, the following is my overall observation after more than 5 BMW's being serviced with Bob Smith. 1)Wait is too long avg. 1/2 hour to get checked in. 2) No shuttle service on the weekends (out of luck if you do not have a loaner) 3) Their advisers are superb and the main reason why I keep coming back
Incompetence and Indifference - TrevR
On January 15, 2018 my wife and I leased a 2017 BMW i3 REx from Hansel BMW of Santa Rosa. In California, this vehicle qualifies for Clean Air Vehicle Decals, which allows use of the HOV lane. This is a huge benefit of driving an i3 for us given that we commute 120 miles round-trip everyday from Napa to San Francisco for work.
When we signed our lease agreement, we were told by Hansel BMW that the application for the Decals for our vehicle had been submitted to DMV "several weeks" prior and that they should be arriving any day. Over the course of the next several weeks, we continually followed-up with Hansel BMW to determine the status of the Decals. Sometimes when we called or emailed, they responded, sometimes they simply did not. When they did respond, they continually told us 'we checked with our person who handles this and no Decals for your vehicle have arrived.' After 8 weeks of this same scenario playing out over-and-over, we wrote an email explaining the situation and our frustration, being sure to include multiple people listed as responsible for Hansel BMW of Santa Rosa on the distribution. This included Justin Hansel and Henry Hansel. Only then did we get a response, this time from Lorenzo Serrano.
On March 9, Lorenzo called to let us know that since the 19th (we presume of February) Hansel BWM has known that the DMV kicked the application for the Decals back to the dealership due to the vehicle being registered to my wife and I in the interim. Lorenzo said the dealer now needed to reapply for the Decals (why this didn't happen back on the 19th is beyond me) and we'd have to wait another approximately 10 weeks to receive them. That would bring the total wait time for the Decals to nearly 20 weeks. When pressed as to why the re-application didn't happen long ago and why Hansel BMW of Santa Rosa didn't disclose the delay to us despite our repeated inquiries, we were simply told "there's nothing we can do."
When you go with a brand like BMW, you expect a certain level of customer service and customer experience from beginning to end. Hansel BMW of Santa Rosa, based on our experience, is completely incapable of delivering on the promise that the BMW brand stands for.
If you got this far, thank you. Now go read the Yelp reviews on this dealer and you will see more about how they handle their customers and customer service. It is not good.
Worst experience with a car! - Dest
Car was a "lemon"! Purchased car with so many little problems that weren't fixed! Also just had car serviced a couple of months ago and now I'm having the same parts serviced again!! Worst experience ever! Didn't even have this many problems with Ford. Actually, this is the most problems I've ever had with a car in so little time. Never again will I purchase a car from this place. WORST MISTAKE EVER! I do not recommend this dealership.
I am extremely happy with my new service guy! - Kvmiranda
I been coming here for many years. The quality of service is remarkable. My service guy retired and my new guy Miguel Rivas took care of me with lots of courtesy and was able to get me in and out within a day or two. He was honest and understanding of my needs. Hands down 5 star treatment. Thank you!
Disrespect and poor care of customer - Lisa Milligan
I have just moved from Monterey, CA, to Oceanside, CA.
I purchased my BMW Z3 Roadster in Monterey. I assumed that all BMW Dealerships gave the same exquisite attention to it's customers as I received in Monterey.
I was SHOCKED when I was treated so disrespectfully, and poorly by the BMW Dealership in Vista.
I am used to being treated like a high-end car buyer. Not so in Vista.
I was under the impression that all dealerships that sell and service high-end cars treated their customers in a respectful way.
I was told by Maya, the new General Manager in Vista, that he was "fixing" his staff and dealing with the disrespectful comments, did-organization, and poor service his dealership was showing customers.
A new General Manager needs to realize that this respect needs to come from the TOP!
I called to cancel my appointment with him, because I was ill, and asked that he call me back to reschedule. I called and left that same message with 4 different people, and 6 hours later, he had still not returned my call. He told me that he had received my message, when I called and he was the person that picked up the phone.
In talking to him, I was spoken over, and everything that I said was negated or an excuse was made.
I felt like I was not heard at all. I certainly was not treated like a BMW owner!
Bottom line: when you own a high-end BMW, you should be treated like the car that you have purchased.
Don't go to BMW of Vista! I felt like, and was treated like, I had just driven a beat up old used cheap car to a used car lot.
I will be driving to another city for the care of my BMW!
complimentry car wash - Longranger
Unlike other BMW dealerships or other major auto dealerships, Irvine BMW refuses to provide complimentary car washes on a drop in basis. I just leased a 2018 X1 at Irvine BMW. Really? I have a 2016 Toyota through Irvine Toyota...they always offer drop in complimentary car washes. How cheap is CHEAP at Irvine BMW. Really unhappy. Suggestion, check out other dealers before leasing/buying a BMW at Irvine BMW.
