I stopped in from out-of-state without an appointment. I had a worrisome car noise. The greeter efficiently escorted me to Andreh who asked pertinent questions and gave me a realistic picture of what to expect time-wise, the diagnostics charge and what the possibilities were if I did or didn't need parts and if I needed repairs or simply an adjustment. A technician went with me for a test drive, quickly identifying the noise and mentioned the possibilities. Keeping to the time-frame, they figured out the problem and had me ready to go in a few hours. Everyone was friendly, considerate and respectful. Andreh also counseled me to be aware that the noise could recur and, if so, to have it checked out by my local dealer. I appreciate how I was kept well-informed and that they treated this out-of-towner promptly so that I could safely travel 500 miles back to Arizona. I would definitely trust Sierra Honda to help me if I encounter a problem again when visiting California as I often do.

I recently took my 2012 Acura TSX to Diamond Valley Honda for routine service after receiving excellent service the previous time I took it there. I'm pleased to say the service was just as good this time as the previous time. The service advisor was efficient, courteous, and listened to my concerns which were addressed during the service. I will be going there again the next time my car is due for service.

We were very pleased with our experience in buying a 2026 Civic Sport Hatchback Hybrid from Honda of the Desert. Brandon was very welcoming and earned my trust when he said he chose to work at HOTD because salespeople don’t work on commission. I love that! I was Brandon’s first customer to buy a car from him via the Costco program. I highly recommend the Costco program if you’re like me and hate haggling. Luis, the financial guy, explained options but neither he or Brandon tried to oversell. In sum, I highly recommend HOTD and Brandon.
