Just wanted to take a minute and say thank you to Zee Akil for her exceptional Customer Service yesterday when I dropped off my 2021 CX-5 for its routine service (Oil and filter change, tire rotation, and brake check, etc.). She was knowledgeable, courteous and made the challenge of getting my car serviced, easy and painless. Thank you...! Also, I explained to her that my Lease was coming to its end this month, and I was considering a CX-50. She asked if I had driven one yet...I said "No"...and she immediately offered a CX-50 Loaner Vehicle allowing me to get acquainted with the car. I thoroughly love it...and my next car from Browning Mazda (# 4) will definitely be the CX-50...! So thank you again...for your thoughtfulness and exceptional Customer Service...!

My experience at Ken Gordy Ford surprised me. The sales rep Sherif was personable and enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend you contact him if you're in the market for a vehicle. I hadn't planned on buying my car that day, but the circumstances were such that everything fell into place, and both of us reached a deal that was agreeable to both of us. From the time we closed the deal with a handshake, until I drove the car off the lot, was probably around 1 hour. I had read a ton of comments from people about various experiences with auto dealers (not just Ken Gordy Ford), so was not looking forward to the process. But, I can say my experience was great and I would not hesitate to go back if I'm ever in the market for another vehicle.

I had the absolute best experience at Sunrise Ford! Better than any other dealership in the greater LA area. I come from a Ford family, and I have genuinely always loved Ford cars. I had shopped around at a few different places (including Tesla).. and wasn't able to find exactly what I needed AND wanted. I'm not quite ready to go electric, and at other dealerships, I found myself in a sea of agendas. When I came to Sunrise Ford, all of that changed. They dove in to helping me immediately. They made time to answer every single question I had, and showed me every vehicle I was curious about - it was above and beyond. When I told them the vehicles I was interested in, they took the time to tell me EVERYTHING, in depth. Matt Powers took me for a couple test drives in different vehicles I was interested in and was exceptionally knowledgeable. He took his time answering everything and did not push me AT ALL. He and Vern Miller were I N C R E D I B L Y resourceful in helping me LAND THE PLANE. In fact they were so good that it made me xxxx bent on purchasing from Sunrise Ford. Vern Miller was able to locate THE CAR I had been dreaming of for ages!!! I finally drove off in my new 2024 Mustang Convertible and have been LOVING it ever since!!!! If you need a new car......... Great experience! We were greeted by Eli, who smiled and waved as we pulled into the dealership parking lot. I had already done some research online and had a 2023 Santa Fe in mind to look at. Eli took us on a test drive in that vehicle and gave us a brief overview of it. Afterwards, we headed inside to take a look at numbers for a trade-in. James Highsmith took over from there and gathered all of our information so he could give us some options. After negotiating for a while, we were pleasantly surprised with the final offer that we accepted. We met with Susan Hicks in finance who was wonderful and made the signing process quick, easy and fun. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally. I highly recommend a visit!

Got a used car from here and was an overall great experience thanks so a great salesperson. I went with my partner and we were immediately greeted by Monica Sanchez. Monica was truly amazing and helped us both so much as it was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. She was extremely patient with all of our questions and concerns and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything taken care of. Which was very nice considering me and my partner are very young and usually do not get taken seriously when making big purchases.

2 minutes ago NEW I locked my keys in the trunk! Nobody could open it! I had it towed to Kia San Bernardino and had the most incredible service! EVERYONE was very polite and so helpful and kind to me. They did an amazing job getting me into my car which was no small feat! They worked so hard and persisted when met with several challenges! I was really stressed when I arrived and was treated with such kindness, it meant so much to me!! Mike, and his entire team, showed such generosity, and I will pay it forward. There are good people in this world, and a bunch of them work at Kia San Bernardino! This is the best experience I have ever had at a service/dealership center. I can't express my gratitude enough!! For the past several years, I have taken my Ford to Lithia for service. I have not been impressed with their service I have often had to wait at some length after entering the service desks for someone to even notice I was there waiting. This last visit was entirely different. Employee D.J. Mc'Neil made the difference. He greeted me when I first entered the service area and took care of my car's intake which was towed to Lithia late in the day with a dead battery. First thing next day, D.J. called to let me know what the problem was and to schedule the car up for further service. He called me right away when the job was done and when I arrived to collect my car, he greeted me with a smile, first thing, as soon as I entered the service desk door: "Mr. Blades! Your car is all set!" This guy is a go-getter for the customer. Lithia service desks could use a few more young men like this. Lithia gets a 4 rating on this service visit and D.J. gets a 5.

And it was really great. 10 out 10 would recommend. Great place for great deals. Really helpful. The only dealership that really helps me with a great car for a first time buyer. I just wanted to quickly recognize my Service Advisor Edwin Xuncax to his peers, Supervisors, Dealership Manager, Nissan HQ, and anyone reading this. These past 2 times that I have taken my vehicle in to get serviced, he has been my main point of contact. As I told him in our email correspondence while I was at work, his customer service and technical knowledge has been second to none. He has gone above and beyond what other Service Advisors there have done the previous times I have got my vehicle worked on. In fact, he has gone above and beyond what previous Service Advisors have ever done for me at any dealership since I have been taking my personal vehicles in. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. He knows his job, communicates well with his customers, and is very thorough to make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed.
